Dinner and lunch services had many dishes but many of the dishes were repetitive during our stay. A variety of cuisines and dishes would make the meals exciting. It was difficult to get reservations for the various restaurants in the resort.

This hotel needs updating, spa is outdated and a la carte restaurants not worth the extra payment. Also in neighbourhood is nothing to do too much.

Maybe it was because we went out of season, our room and the small garden balcony was not deeply cleaned.

The resort is amazing for the families. We were not sure about the distance between the rooms and the beach but it is closer than it seems from the pictures. We enjoyed the tasty food, 24 hr bar service. In addition the staff was friendly.

6day stay and I couldn’t get a reservation at one of the other restaurants through their app. I had to go 2 times to the guest relations girl who finally arranged a reservation for me on the last day. Spa people become annoying running after you every day to sell you a massage. More staff needed to serve drinks in the evening to avoid us waiting in line for 10 minutes to order. Very old tV that you can’t connect to with no English movies. Room for improvement yes but overall amazing experience and look forward to visiting again!!!

The animation program was very disappointing. That case when the absence of something is better than just something. It can be said that there was no program for children, at least we didn’t notice it. But since we did not count on any entertainment, this did not spoil our vacation.

The hotel is good in every sense. The cuisine, the location, the friendly staff, everything is top notch! We will definitely come back here again

Black mold and very old showers/bathrooms. Could be cleaner. It's simply unhealthy.

The food was very nice, lots of options for any taste. I think overall the hotel is a bit too old to have 5 stars, but the stuff is friendly and the nature around the building is lovely.

Everything was great, if something I would recommend to download the hotel app and try to book a spot for the restaurants. They get full days in advance!

Great buffet options! Great environment, loved the mountain views, the green areas and the restaurant options. The stuff is always lovely, additionally having a gym, workout classes, drinks, a spa and hairdresser.

Swimming pool and souna were closing at 6 pm, flash in one of the toilets did not work. Room almost had no windows and was dark. Balcony very small.

These are things which could be improved: - Furnishings could be renewed as they were quite outdated. My suite felt old & tired, even though it was clean - Food was plentiful but could definitely be seasoned better. Other small details like fresh juice & proper coffee were missing - Many foreign travellers like coming to Turkey because of the cats ♥️ So management, please *do not* chase them out of the building! They’re a positive addition to the hotel - Staff were easy to talk to face-to-face. But digital communication was not straightforward… Responses were very slow & I was told to email them rather than use the Booking.com messaging functionality. Smooth communication is important because guests may have questions / requests to make *before* they arrive.

Paloma Foresta was probably a 5 star establishment once. However I feel it is now 4 stars, at best. I was grateful for the comfortable stay, with amenities (hot water, clean rooms, etc) taken care of. But it didn’t feel particularly premium. This may be because I went in December when many parts of the hotel were not operating due to the off–peak season. It’s possible that visiting Paloma Foresta between spring – autumn will give you a better experience. ☀️

When we came the bedsheet was dirty, before that we use the room. After one day, I saw that the stain is still there and bedsheet was not change. I guess they don't change the bedsheet often even after one's stay. After asking reception, they changed the bedsheet the day after. Tbh, this is quite bad for a 5star hotel.

The whole package was great and comfortable stay. For us, it was a family gathering and the facilities there made a nice stay for us.

There is nothing to do outside the hotel area, e.g. no walking zone, only to travel to nearby cities like Antalya or Kemer. There was a very loud nightlife with loud music in the neighboring hotel, which was quite disturbing even with the closed windows, it was rather loud every day until 1 am or so

Very good cuisine, friendly staff, good nightlife, lots of swimming pools, nice saunas and gym. Very good option for families with children. Likya trail is nearby, which provides good hiking routes

loved the location. Mountain backdrop, lush green gardens with plenty of sun beds under the shade of the trees in addition to the beach ones. Housekeeping was great. we had room 310 and our unseen attendant did an amazing job. We upgraded our room to a large balcony. nb- most room balconies accommodate just one chair and small table. Food- varied and tasty. Heads up- use the app to book other restaurants as soon as you arrive as they book quickly.

first when we arrived they didn’t give us the room that we ordered, I told them before that we are coming to celebrate our anniversary, but unfortunately they didn’t do anything special and they gave us a small room. the room was dirty floor was dirty hair and dust on the floor. at night it was very hot we couldn’t turn on the AC, so we kept the balcony door open and it was very noisy at night.

Outdated Hotel - probably good in the 90's, not so much now (aside from the updated suites which are from the 2010's - yup around 10 years old) Dirty food tables - why they don't clean them is beyond Ground Hog food (breakfast served for lunch and lunch served for evening meal),, it's a re-hash

Space - It's an amazing place,,,, big, plenty of room, lots to do..... and looks very pretty.
