The hotel needs renovation. The hotel needs renovation. I think if it wasn't for the professional manager, I wouldn't have stayed there, because it wasn't renovated.

I especially liked the work of the salon manager Yakub, he is a real professional in his work and has very high human qualities, I have been in more famous hotels, but the managers were of a lower level. Thank you for his caring attitude, if I come next time I will visit your hotel again because of him.

the room was not up to standard. it was a little smelly at times, as well as not fully clean. The pool, also unfortunately was out of action.

Very noisy, No room service, Restaurant is only available at night. The way to the hotel is very steep, really really very steep. I mean common, you should mention that.

the location of the hotel is on a very steep road, not easy to access. air conditioning poor, so I won’t recommend it if you travelling during summer.

the area is close to the tram station, and to the Baktash port. so easy to go to any part of Istanbul. good breakfast, open buffet. very nice sea view from the top floors.

Cleanliness was not the best, to be honest, you could see hair and dusty in the corner, we used the towel in the bathroom which unfortunately had hair and that wasn't a pleasant at all. However nothing was highlighted as we didn't spent time in the hotel, we were all the day out, and we didn't want to bother anyone. But overall a good stay!

breakfast really low level, facilities a bit old, noisy air condition. there is a restaurant/disco-club on the rooftop of the hotel that could be noisy during the night. Hotel not really recommended to family.

Although it is a very good location, reaching there by walking is really a nightmare. Roads are very steep.

Food ends before breakfast time ends, maybe there is a need to increase the quantities a little, and also I would have preferred to have a variety of breakfast, not the same breakfast every day.

The staff is very kind, helpful, they try to help you in every possible way, they give suggestions for you, the kindness of the staff makes you feel completely satisfied with the place. The hotel is good, meets the expectations, the rooms are good size, the cleanliness is good.

The service is very slow, if u ask them something it takes ages to it to the room. There is only one restaurant on the roof top but kids are not allowed. When we arrived in the room the the bath tub was dirty with hair and on the side some black stuff. Under the bed there was so much dust, looks like it haven't been cleaned for ages. The staff dnt entertain complains as they dnt understand you that well. The price of the hotel also includes Sauna n Turkish bath which we never used.

Breakfast was great, beds were cosy n comfortable.

multiple times, I had requests that they did NOT complete even though they say they would. -I asked my room NOT to be cleaned. they said ok but then they cleaned it and entered without permission, -I asked for a “do not disturb” sign as I got sick during my holidays, once again, they said yes but never gave it to me. the housekeeping team found one and gave me one the last evening cause I asked them directly. my room was NOT cleaned properly at first. I always check before I leave that I did not forget anything. under the bed is a century of dust, I had coffee on the wall, black stains in the bathroom…. 2 min away from the Kabataş tramway station, however it is located in a very very very high street so get ready to climb the mountain :)

lt has a top floor with bar and DJ. this is nice and music and noise cannot be heard from the room. batuhan is really nice and helpful, smiling a lot, always willing to help. there is a security team at night and they all are wonderful! the bed is good and the sheets were clean.

Too bad the fridge in the room was not working properly. We asked the reception twice to fix it or replace it, but unfortunately they didn't. Cleaning of the room was not done thoroughly. During our stay they only changed the towels, made the bed and vacuumed. The bath tub/shower was also not very clean when we arrived and during our stay it was not cleaned. Every night there is a party on the rooftop restaurant, so it could be a bit noisy. But that didn't really bother us. They stop the music on time.

Very convenient location for public transport. Boat and tram were 5min away and Taksim Square was 15 walk. The bed was nice and comfortable. Also the breakfast lady was very sweet!

The most important was the staff; I had a lot of stuff that needed a bigger fridge than I had in my room, they were so happy to keep it in the kitchen for me until I checked out after a few days. I also enjoyed a pleasant conversation, learning about Turkey's culture and the history of Istanbul. They were Jacob and, if I remember correctly, Baturan. Ah, I almost forgot, the view was also nice.
