They charged us 50 € for paying with credit card.

Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Best breakfast buffet in our Turkish journey, and lovely ladies would even make omelets or scrambled eggs for us. Our room (in a cave) was huge, as well as the bathroom, with a giant bath tub (although we didn't use it) and a double shower. The balloon flight arranged by the hotel was fairly priced and with a reliable company. Our driver for a one day private tour (Mohamed) was really nice, although he didn't speak much English, but we managed to communicate via Google translator.

My stay was absolutely pleasant. Angela and her team went above and beyond to ensure that my arrival, stay, tours and departure were seamless. The location is excellent. Customer service is 10/10. 100% recommend them. so much value for money

We booked the day tour here but the thing is the hotel doesn't have their own guide so they use guides from outside. We were very unlucky with our guide as he was talking on the phone and even didn't say hello to us when we met him. Will omit many things happened but overall it was not a good experience with him.

The owners and staff are very nice, attentive and friendly. Breakfast is very good even though not much options but mezzas here were the best I tried in Turkey. We staid in the cave room and it was super clean, not dusty, not smelly and had a heated floor with a very accurate temperature control panel.

Our room was right under the breakfast room and the staircase so it got quite noisy in the morning, although we didnt mind that much.

Beautiful view from the terrace where you can also have an amazing breakfast. Our room was very clean and functional. Location was great, with all the nearby activities within walking distance. Also staff was super nice, thank you for everything!

Amazing little boutique cave hotel with great views over Goreme. Bedrooms are comfortable and the rooftop terrace is stellar, on par with the neighboring ones. Breakfast is simple but good enough to get you going in the morning.

None - everything was great and I would most definitely stay at Taskonak again.

We had an amazing stay at Taskonak! They were so helpful before my arrival with arranging airport transfers and providing info around activities. Upon arrival (late in the evening) we were welcomed and given all sorts of tips on the region and the town itself. The room was super clean and had all the amenities (even under floor heating!). Breakfast was superb and the ladies making breakfast were so friendly. We also had a nice chat with Angela and Yilmaz which made it feel very homely. The hotel is centrally located and all the restaurants and shops are only a few mins walk. The view from the roof terrace (and from our room) was incredible with the hot air balloons in the morning. I would 100% recommend staying here!

The only negative was that the shower wet most of the bathroom, and there was no fan in the bathroom so it stayed wet for a while, but not a major.

Great location up on the hill close to town. Stunning view from the rooftop. Super friendly and helpful staff - the owner is lovely! The breakfast was great with lots of options and a lovely outdoor (and indoor) seating area. Comfy room.

Nothing, the whole stay from start to finish was amazing.

Everything, the service was exceptional! Yilmas, Angela and their staff were so lovely and accommodating especially having to move our heavy bags and we were able to check in early! We had everything we needed and it was small so not crowded we had plenty of room to watch the hot air balloons and got amazing pictures! Definitely check out their restaurant as well, great vibe and staff! Thank you for a wonderful stay!
