This apartment is perfectly situated near Taksim Square, metro, and buses, though navigating the steep, narrow street might be a bit of an adventure, especially for older folks. Despite that, it's got everything you need for a short stay, including onsite laundry (for a fee). Just a heads up, you'll need to bring your own dishwasher tablets, but no worries, the kitchen has the basics covered for whipping up simple meals. The bed is super comfy, although the pillows were a tad too bulky at first—luckily, the staff were quick to swap them out for ones we liked better. Our balcony faced the street, so it got a bit noisy, but those blackout curtains saved the day for some quality shut-eye. As for entertainment, the smart TV's got Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and Youtube, but not much else. No HDMI cable in sight, but we found one at a nearby shop near Galata Tower for a steal. We also had the chance to enjoy the pool and sauna once during our stay, and they were both quite nice. However, it's worth noting that they're only accessible from 9 AM to 7 PM.

The pool closes too early, so when you come back in the night it's not usable anymore. The pool is also closed on mondays. It could also help to have more utensils for cooking

The flat is well designed and spacious. Very clean and it has most of the things you would have to home for daily living.

The building was in the middle of a steep hill as is most of the buildings in Istanbul. So my mom with a hurt knee couldn't really go anywhere in foot but the rest of us could walk around even with a stroller. Not too bad for young people. A couple of the shower knobs (we had 4 suites, two of them had this issue) were hard to rotate and needed extra force.

Overalls I highly recommend this place. We had a good experience and it exceeded our expectations. Good quality for that price. Ali, our point of contact, was responsive and polite and helpful. He answered all my questions before we went there. So I had a better idea of what to expect. He helped us switch one of our four suites to a larger, sunnier one without extra charge. The staff at the front desk were very friendly, polite and kind. As per our request, they kindly opened the pool 1 hour before they opened it to the public for my mom who needed extra privacy. The staff helped us get taxis and answer our questions to the best they could, and helped with suitcases whenever they could. The suits themselves were very clean and spacious one bedroom suites with a large living room and a good side kitchen. Fridge, electric kettle, Dishwasher in each suite. Our rooms were on the side with a balcony which was nice and sunny. Our rooms were mostly superior and one xl superior. Pool was small but enough for our kids and us to play around. My son and daughter and their cousins used the pool daily! Dry sauna was also good addon. Proximity to the Taghsim square and Istighlal street was very nice. A very lovely and light and busy night life. Even 1-2 am walking down Istighlal street full of tourists even kids! Was fun.

The only issue i had is that the housekeeping is free of charge for one time only during your stay then you should pay for it. we were there during EID holiday so they was not available most of the days. But they always can help with providing new towels or toilet paper or anything needed in the room.

Everything meets our expectations, its was an amazing stay and definitely I will be back next time.

There was nothing I disliked about the property.

The property was great. The common areas and the apartment were spotlessly clean and the apartment was very comfortable and well equipped. The staff were friendly and so helpful. The property is a 15 minute walk to Taksim square so is a perfect location for getting out every day to explore Istanbul.

The Hotel is actually located in an extremely hilly location and you can't just pop out and walk around the hotel especially if you have elderly people with you. so you end up getting the taxi anywhere you are planning to go. which is expensive. The Steam room was not working. some minor property repair should have been done such as moving staircase hand rail or stiff shower valve.

The Staff were very friendly and they actually allowed us for the late check out. Swimming pool and Sana, Very nice setup. The lovely view to the town especially at night. clean corridors and lovely interior design.

Though we were hoping for 2 full baths, the space has only one full bath and one half bath. It was not a deal breaker, but more mismatched expectations. One other thing I would have liked is for a supply closet with some extra towels and bathroom basics for easy access, than to call the front desk for a roll of toilet paper.

We wanted an apartment to spend time together as a group rather than individual rooms and this worked very well. The kitchen was very well equipped though we didn't get a chance to use it. The beds and furniture are comfortable and the little terrace was excellent. Its located in a residential neighbourhood but easily walkable (for those who like to walk!!) to Taksim etc. The staff were super helpful and language was not a barrier - thank good for google translate and some some sign language!! We arrived late in the evening for a check in and were starving and they recommended the restaurant just across the street which gave us excellent food. There is a convenience store also across the street for basics like water etc. and they offered to deliver too if needed. They offered to hold our luggage for us while we travelled through other parts of Turkey. Much appreciated.

Everything was great.

The hotel is in a great location for someone who travels by car because they have a great underground garage and the car is safe. It is easy to get to the bus station. We mostly walked everywhere because it's not too far. 15-20 minutes by bus and about an hour of sand, easy walking. The staff is very friendly and always there for whatever you need. The apartment is large and beautiful, with two bathrooms, a kitchen, a bedroom, a living room and a large balcony. Across the street from the hotel is a restaurant and market.

Take your toileteries and bathing stuff with you. A coffee mashin would have been great. Take your salt/pepper and spices with you, if you plan to cook there.

Apartment is 15min walk to Taksim SQ. Other than the steep street heading to the mainroad, which is a bit hard for elderlies, the rest was okay. Staff and host were very friendly and helpful in all fronts. There are enough cutleries, dishes and pots for small coocking and meal preps. There is a small supermarket right in front of the apartment.

The area around the building needs renovation. There is no place to walk around unless you need to get to main crowded sightseeing spots like Taksim.

This residence is a real pearl in Istanbul downtown. Newly constructed 8-floor building looks like a 5-star hotel and offers modern stylish appartments with big balcony.
