There was issue with canalization (smell in the bathroom), floor looks dirty for me, bathroom needs some maintenance and all rooms more deep cleaning

It's great place in the center of historical part of town. Hotel was great - good interior and everything is in! Staff is amazing, young people who operating all thing was so helpful and friendships. We are staying in Alcati second Tim in this hotel and it's was best experience& Thanks to Ali and Johnson!

Parking was not the most convenient. Your two options are to park in a paid parking lot, or find street parking in certain designated areas. Either option you choose, there will be a decent walk required to get to the hotel. This is not a complaint specific to Vino Alacati, however, it is just how most places are in Alacati. Many of the roads/alley-ways are too narrow to for cars.

Staff is amazingly friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and beautifully designed. The hotel has a really nice restaurant where they serve a wide selection of wines and I recommend trying the local ones. I want to make a special mention for Cansin, whom I funnily share names with, because her friendliness made our trip even more special! I would also like to thank our waiter who recommended the beautiful blush and chardonnay that we tried, they were amazing! I would definitely recommend staying here for your stay in Alacati.

Not a negative for us at all as we wanted to be in downtown Alacati. Everywhere downtown the streets stay heavily trafficked and can be noisy until about 1AM. This location is no exception. We loved our stay.

Absolutely perfect location, but the staff was even better. They treated us wonderfully and made our stay incredibly comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious, the air conditioning was strong enough to keep the room cool enough for sleeping despite the hot weather. The enclosed balcony in the "Cabernet" room with a view of the street was a perfect place to enjoy coffee and (mostly) wine.

Everything was perfect. The manager said: feel like home. And it certainly did feel like home. We wanted to extend our stay, but rooms were sold out. Bummer 😔 Nora was super kind. Told us how to get back to Izmir and gave some good tips too. All a great experience!

The location is great, but with it comes alot of noise from the bars / restaurants next door, don’t expect to sleep before 2am !

The quality of cleaning leaves much to be desired, both in the bathroom and in the room in general (floor, linens, windows, etc.). Breakfast was included in the price, but no one offered it, and there was no one here in the morning. It was late November, so the room was quite cold. No blanket, needed to request it additionally and sleep with heating conditioner all night.

The location and overall atmosphere in the hotel were really good. An exciting feeling that you are in an old building with the appropriate spirit and furniture. Never slept in a four-poster bed before :)
