- the hotel is old, inside/outside it is just old - food is okay - Very noisy!!!! It is absolutely not possible to sleep one night through: from one side of the hotel is yard music, from other side is bar street. And you hear every little noise your neighbour does - Apparently my neighbour has smoked in the room so the air in my room was absolutely disgusting - Overcrowded in the hotel although we were in may( not high season):one elevator if you on 6th floor good luck with waiting to get down - dinner area is a mess, absolutely not Restaurant feeling-it is more canteen - Safe is extra, 2€/day - Problems with the opening room door every day, door card didn’t work

- location is very good, almost in the middle of Alanya - beautiful privat beach, it is very clean - near to castle (10min walk) - performance /concerts in the hotel every evening (some of them were really nice) - personal is very polite and doing their best - cleaning every day - water/soft drinks in the room every day

Food is the best of we have ever tried! The room is clean and quite, with good sea view. Hotel staff really welcoming, all time in contact and help as best and fast as they can. Especially thanks to Adelina and Recep to follow as during the vacation.

The evening entertainment was terrible....I felt catered predominantly for the Russian visitors....of which there were many.

There was no fish available in the buffet during my stay, you need to visit the Ala Carter restaurant for seafood options. In the evenings, you can hear music from parties outside, but you'll hear it at any hotel, I believe. Consider bringing ear plugs :)

Great experience. The food was fine, the spa services and the massage were good and for the reasonable price. The personnel at the hotel were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed during the short stay (including hair conditioner and body lotion). The location of the hotel is perfect, as everything is close by.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an amazing experience! The location is unbeatable, right on the beach and close to all the action. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Alcohol is terrible, balcony is super small just for one person (it even has one chair provided), AC in our room was buzzing all the time making it hard to sleep and it was pointed directly to bed so this caused issues while sleeping.

Many times food was bad but not all of the time. It looks like they are in search of proper cook and i hope they find good one. Local alcohol wasnt good quality. Beer was good tho. Coffee was that instant powder coffee and tasted bad. Evening programs somewhat poor.

There was no toothbrush in the room, so I had to go out to buy it myself. I was surprised, because in another hotel in Antalya there was a toothbrush. I came in March, so the All-Inclusive was only about food, not much to do there in spring. In Spa I have got really nice massage, but the problem was that it was writen 2 hours, but I got 1 hour 30 min instead. Otherwise, I think in summer time hotel is great.

The food was good, I ended up overeating. The wi-fi is fast. The spa has a lot of different services.
