The room is abit small, which is probably kind of expected in such a prime location.

The location is the most central as can be, right in front of the most happening area in ximending where people gathered to watch the street performers, yet we didn't really hear much noise from the room.

Staff can be more friendly and should greet and talke to guest more. Deluxe Family Room should have bathtop and cloth hanger in the bathroom it will be perfect for us.

No breakfast. The location is great because it is on the middile of Ximen Night Market. There are many shop and local restaurents that you can should. We early check in (about 15:00) but the room is ready for us :). The room is cleaned and have facilities enough for us.

during housekeeping, the staff made the bed but the clothes that we placed on the bed was strewn on our luggage. Could have just left it on the bed will do please.

location was excellent in the Ximending area. If you like crowds and exciting atmosphere, this is a suitable place. There is no breakfast included in the price, however, no worries since many food options available nearby. Rooms a tad small, but it is like that in the city.

The location is very convenient as it's in the centre of Ximending and closed by Ximen train station exit 6. Near Seven Eleven, Watson, Starbucks, you can find everything you want.

Excuse me, I would like to bring to your attention that the toilet bowl may become obstructed if toilet paper is flushed down. However, I must commend the staff for their prompt assistance in resolving this issue when it occurs.

The Ximending Central Market is located below, making it very convenient to purchase food downstairs or any souvenirs.

Ximen area can be very noisy at night time

Pillows were too soft (had to request for extra pillows), although beds were comfortable. Does not have card key system, which is not a big deal for us, but only 1 key was provided. The lift was very small and guests had to wait quite a while during the early morning peak hours. The toilet at room 616 (our other quintuple room) choked several times during our 7 nights' stay, and we had to use the toilet at 3rd floor. Perhaps the hotel should not put out this room for booking/stay, although they cleared the choke each time we informed them. Aircon temperature in the room cannot be adjusted.

Excellent location, smack in the centre of ximending and about 2 minutes' walk to Ximen station. Rooms were cleaned everyday and toothbrush, toiletries, slippers and mineral water were provided new each day. As our room is a quintuple room for 5 pax, it has 4 power sockets, one at each bedside. Wifi was good too. Room size of 34 sqm is huge with sufficient space for all our 5 luggages. 3rd level is a dining area with free flow of beverages and tidbits. Guests can gather and consume food bought from elsewhere at this dining area. The hotel also provide umbrellas for loan at the 1st floor lobby. The staff was nice to allow us late check out at 1.30pm.

Excellent location, right in XiMenDing. 3 min walk from Ximen metro station. Very efficient, helpful & accommodating lady at reception. Even though Check-in time stated in Booking.com was 5pm, we were early and she allowed us to check in at 1+pm, and even gave us a free room upgrade meant for 4pax. We booked 2 rooms for 4 pax. The room & everything in it were clean. Old hotel but probably renovated during pandemic. Free coffee and 5 different snacks at the dining area on Level 3, where you can watch performances below without the crowd.
