“As soon as we exited elevator the smell in the hallway smelled like a cesspool. When we enter our room the smell of the carpet deodorizer smell was overbearing. Hand soap package in bathroom sink was opened and used. Linen were wrinkled when I pulled off comforter. After resting a few hour we left”
