“I was sitting in the pool area and a staff member offered me coffee. She served it on a tray with milk/sugar on the side, very professional. The hot tub was lovely. We used it several times. Beds were comfy. Nice to have coffee available on each floor in the mornings. Love that you can call down to ask for a coffee and will be delivered to your room. Nice touch.”
