  “Central location, excellent facilities. Room had those little extras that some of the more expensive hotels in New Haven don't have, such as the all important coffee machine! Staff at the front desk were super friendly and helpful, even when I arrived close to midnight.”

  “The hotel is barebones but the staff was friendly at check-in and checkout and for any needs. (For example, our hairdryer didn't work and it was fixed immediately). The rooms are a little tired (the carpet is torn at the edges etc...) but are very big. We were on the top floor and had a nice view of the city. The location is super central and useful. The parking was convenient but expensive (~$25 a day). Seemed like the best value for money in New Haven.”
