“Comfortable and clean room and bed, and good bathroom. Good location for visiting the volcanoes area of Big Island (although you need a car )”

  • “I don't know where to start... the house in the middle of the jungle... the shower/hottube in the middle of the jungle... the open-minded people (incl. the area arround)... the possibility to feel free and nude where-/whenever you want... i think there's a maximum of 10 guests if it's fully booked, so you can get in touch with everybody if you like.... check-in was super easy and uncomplicated... Ashton and his partner are super nice hosts and care a lot that you feel comfortable, there are really great.... the wifi was top, it was very clean at all and the kitchen is well equiped... i'll definitly come back... highly recommended for mind-opend (naturalist) people...”

  • Wild Blue Water Review Score: 8.9

“It’s situated on the bank of the ocean. Has incredible view on it. Room is sooo clean and comfortable. Has all necessary thing and more: microwave, coffemachine, cutlery, plates. You can sleep and breath by ocean’s air, and hear it (like you are on the beach right now). Private parking. It’s so close to whole activities by the car, and in the same time you feel what you are on the edge of the earth alone. Amazing! ❤️ Thank you! I’m so inspired and so happy that I choose your stay”

“Situated on the side of the house- a very spacious, spotless clean bedroom and huge bathroom. Coffee and tea provided, limited cooking, we ate when out exploring the area. Shops and restaurants about 15min drive away.”

  • Pahoa Village Hostel Review Score: 8.3

“The place is amazing, the rooms are big and has a good view to nature. There are only 3 rooms which make it even better as there is no one disturbing. We really enjoy our stay and we will recommend it.”

  • “The Garden Room with the sounds of the rain forest is a mind blowing experience! The hot tub under the trees unforgettable. Everything is so clean and beautifully furnished. Thank you so much for everything! Corinne&Reto”

“What a wonderful spot! This place was beautiful: the garden leads out to the ocean, making for a wonderful morning of sunrise and watching the waves roll in. Breakfast was gorgeous: local fruits, pie and the hosts' own cacao nibs. Our room was lovely and our bed was very comfortable. Raven and Mark and fantastic hosts, we learned a lot from them regarding the local area and enjoyed their recommendations. There is a nearby black sand beach which is swimmable (Kehena) and Isaac Hale Recreational Area is a short drive to enjoy the thermal pools. Our hosts provided beach towels, which was really nice! We were lucky enough to be there on a Wednesday night, so we ventured over to Uncle Roberts for the weekly party: it's a 5 -10 minute walk down the street so you can enjoy a mai tai while listening to local bands and eating local food vendors' fare. We spent two nights in the Pahoa area and enjoyed the space very much.”

  • Hawaiian Asian Vacation House Review Score: 9.7

“Eliot's vacation home is vibrant and spacious and is nestled amongst lush fauna and flora of Pāhoa. Eliot went above and beyond and embodies the spirit of generosity. We are so thankful for his insights into local eats, attractions and the beautiful home he provided. I hope to return someday.”
