The unit was perfect. Fully equipped, clean and cozy. Bea is wonderful. I cannot say enough good things about my stay. The view is great, watching the birds and ducks while on the patio. Terrific.

There was a problem with the in-house dryer which we learned with a load of wet clothes. But the response from Bea was immediate and very adequate.

The back patio was a beautiful restful place to sit and relax. Especially enjoyed seeing the ducks and other birds.

The only thing....and it is so small I hesitate to mention it...is that there were no potholders that I could find. I used a kitchen towel, but it was the ONLY thing that was not provided.

The LandLady is absolutely THE BEST! We had a personal issue that she assisted us with and we were/are so grateful. This is the second time we have used this exact condo and both times she was accessible and assisted us in ways above and beyond. We know that the place will be clean and stocked and if you have questions or anything that needs to be addressed, she will do so. We will use this place again if need be. Highly recommend.

The amenities, location and owner was amazing!!! Very quick to respond to any questions or needs!!! We would definitely stay there again. Having a washer and dryer as well as toiletries, hair dryer, Beach items was a nice touch!!! We would definitely recommend staying there!!! Thank you Bea!!!

A little far from the pool, I had no idea of the layout of the condos prior to arrival. And it takes a lot longer than 5 minutes to get to the beach.

It would've been nice to have real coffee provided; the instant coffee and creamer packets were quite clumpy and there weren't enough non hazelnut packets for the entire stay. In addition, a sugar substitute selection would have been a nice selection to include

There were some bug issues such as what seemed as wasps boaring at the front door and behind the mirror in the bathroom. There were also lots of ants in the bedroom and near the window in the bathroom.

We loved the convenient location to all beaches, restaurants and places. The pool was amazing! The actual condo was open and lovely.

We were very impressed with this condo. I loved how it was immaculate and clean. Having a full kitchen with a fridge, stove and microwave was very helpful for us since we ate in most days because we had our daughter with us who is a 1 1/2 years old so with nap time we needed to have those amenities. I LOVED being able to sit out on the enclosed patio and look out at the lake. It was so peaceful and beautiful to look at. We saw a few herons which my daughter loved! I was also impressed that the owner had provided us with beach chairs, umbrellas and beach toys so we didn’t have to worry about buying them. We also enjoyed using the pool that is at the condo as well.

Nothing. I personally would of liked a room in the lover level because it f my back issues however, can’t complain since I dint ask for one right??😂

This property was Very Clean, Nice neighborhood and close to everything as far as stores, restaurants, (literally across the street) and of course the beach!! The room had all essential needs. Plenty of space for comfort and entertainment. It also had everything we needed for the beach!! All we needed was our groceries. I really enjoyed our stay and will be booking again. Highly recommended!! Thanks for making our mini vacation a great one!!

The water pressure was poor and the tub and bathroom sink did not drain well

Bea was amazing to deal with. She answered the phone if we had any questions promptly, and if not, she returned calls within minutes! This property was truly home away from home as we came all the way from Kentucky. I booked this solely based off of reviews and have no negative things to say about this place. Everything you need to cook, go to the beach or pool is there!

Comcast decided to do some "upgrades" one day which knocked out the internet for the whole building, but that was a very minor inconvenience to an otherwise amazing trip.

Beautiful location, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable and quiet. Convient location, supermarket right across the street. The owner and their assistant were extremely accommodating and responsive. Will definitely keep this place in mind next time I'm in Sarasota.
