You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The only thing that went wrong was the check-in process. We were a late arrival and notified them ahead of time, but we had to stand in the lobby for over 30 minutes upon arrival due to a problem with their system. However, they credited our account $50, and the rest of the stay was great. The price is high (arguably too high) for this stay. However, the location and atmosphere is wonderful. Also, be aware of a $350 hold placed on your card if you use the valet -- in addition to the usual $150ish security hold.
The comfort level and atmosphere were the highlights of this stay. Walking into our room felt like walking into a luxury room in the rainforest. The sustainability, the food and drink available in the room, and the customer service were all top-tier.

I wish I had known about the hold on the card prior to arrival, it sort of hindered me getting to shop and experience the restaurants inside. I used Booking.com and was not made aware of that.
The room was more than I expected! The bartenders at the rooftop bar made a drink that was not on the menu without a problem, we really appreciated that.

We didn’t know that there was limited privacy the bathroom. You really have to be comfortable with whomever you share the room with. Good thing it was my spouse; that was awkward. The restaurant and bar close early in comparison to the surrounding hotels.we could not take our cocktail from the lobby bar to the 19th floor, that was disappointing. The room Service food was mediocre at best, yet super expensive.
The location was perfect. The beautiful scent throughout was amazing. The room was super clean and so tranquil and inviting. The staff was so kind, they did an amazing job with housekeeping every day. The guys at the valet were always so helpful and welcoming. Breakfast met our expectation but didn’t exceed it but definitely worth the stop.

I left my luggage in the room and it took ages to get someone to bring it down. I have stayed 3 separate times this year, the first in January. I asked twice through the contact section on the website to be emailed a copy of my account, but received no reply.
Modern ‘boutique’ style hotel centrally located in Nashville. Excellent facilities in the room.

I carry medication with me and we asked the concierge to freeze the ice packs which go in my travel case with my injections - we came to get them to leave on a flight (which I have to have) and they hadn’t been put in the freezer. Efforts were made to help us on our journey but I would have expected more from a hotel of this cost and stature.
Wow what a place - it was a last minute booking and we couldn’t have been happier with it. The most tranquil place with the comfiest bed I have ever slept on.!

The only downside was a wide open bathroom. Though it was beautiful, there was very little privacy. We were traveling with a friend and had to be somewhat strategic to get what little privacy we could while showering.
Breakfast was delicious with great menu choices. Car service in the electric Audi was super convenient and the drivers were friendly. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I loved the decor- luxurious and rustic at the same time.

We were told about the house car service and it was first come first serve. We came down to use and was told it’s only for guests!! Well we were guests then he said well it’s reserved for VIP when I was told an hour earlier you can’t reserve car.
