The apartment was large, very comfortable and clean. It had a very well equipped kitchen. We had some issues with access to the building regarding the fob not opening the front door at reception. We had to dial a number on the keypad outside but we didn't always recieve a reply. When this happened we were let in by other residents of the building. The parking was a great help, and location was good. Plenty of places to eat and drink within walking distance and very close to public transport. Communication with the host company was good, particularly with Jamie. I would recommend staying here very highly.

Upon arrival, the apartment had the lingering smell of cigarettes. Also, the elevator stopped working on our last day. Maybe because of the storm? Not sure.

Location was very good! Also, the apartment was quite spacious. My friends and I didn’t feel cramped.

We showed up at our hotel room expecting a clean room. Room service never cleaned the room. There was dirty towels sheet on the dining room table. Bloody tissue in the trash can. Used food in the refrigerator. Took cleaning team 2 hours to come clean the room after we checked in

We had a little trouble understanding how to access the property. However, the person helping us was very accessible and helpful and responded immediately. The property was contacting me through email so when they sent the instructions for accessing the apartment through Booking.com I wasn’t aware that this is where I needed to look. Again, when I contacted them they were very responsive and we figured out what to do very quickly.

The property was very clean and conveniently located to the location of where we were visiting in town. It was easy to get around and we felt safe with the parking and access to the apartment.

The room keypad didn't work so we had to wait for almost 2 hours before it got rebooted and manually opened remotely before we could get in.

It was filthy, gross, and had roaches. I had to buy lysol, bleach cleaner for the bathroom, and heavy-duty roach spray... and ultimately spent minimal time there. I left most of my items in Texas as I didn't want to risk bringing bugs home with me. It's just disgusting! This was the most horrible experience I've ever had traveling, and I've been to 3rd world countries. I'm so disappointed as it ruined my trip. I expected better from a listing on Booking...

This trip was very frustrating, to say the least. Our entire stay, I had to message the reps for the complex, stating my frustration regarding the 75* temp in the apartment and how uncomfortable it was to sleep, but my frustration never seemed to be addressed or compensated. All they did was apologize & say they are working on it.The temp in the apartment stayed at 75* for 2 days, even with multiple complaints, and finally getting fixed on our last day. Also, after several attempts, never getting pool access and coffee pot never worked. The coffee pot was finally replaced on our last day.

Honestly nothing, I cannot fault this place at all.

I was very impressed with everything. It was perfect. I stayed for 10 nights during which time I attended a business conference. Clean, quiet, very well equipped kitchen, practical bath room and very comfortable bed, Well planned out, lots of storage space. Gym was just a few steps away. Booking was very well organised in every way. Clear house rules. Excellent wifi. Location is great, I tend to walk whenever I can, and all the main sites were a short walk away including Dealey Plaza, the Perot museum, the aquarium ( literally next door), JFK memorial as well s my conference venue at the Hyatt Reunion. I used Uber a lot but also found the buses and trains to be absolutely fine. A station is less than 5 minutes walk.

The downstairs area had trash each time I was down there and on top of that there was so trash can for people to put their trash making people leave their food boxes out in the open.

I liked the convenience of where the building is located. I liked the idea of staying in a whole apartment that has everything you need. I was not bothered with knocking at the door or people stopping me in the hallways. The Villa staff checked on my status which I appreciated.
