Only downfall I could say is that it's loud in the rooms. You can hear people talking and music playing.

The keyless entry was a bit tricky. Went out of the room to get coffee on our check-out day and the keyless entry didn't work - asked me to log in again; ended up knocking to get back in.

Clean, great location for the music scene! Rooftop deck was great. Coffee set-up on third floor was nice once we found it. Checking in and getting help with booking was great. Clean and comfortable.

We were not informed of the construction. Also, we never received room service, so we had quite a few dirty towels in our room. It was supposed to be every three days for room service.

Close walking distance to downtown Nashville. We also enjoyed the beautiful hotel.

Smaller room than any of the photos showed, no closet and no hooks….very bizarre to not have anywhere to hang things. Staff attention available 9-5 but all communication was through text so more like an airbnb in ways…when I book a hotel I assume it is staffed. Construction on the whole street - will be nice when it’s done but currently it’s in the middle of a work zone.

Location was perfect for us, no window in room but made for good sleeping. Rooftop views are very pretty. Clean and nice facility.

No windows in room, and the ventilation system was a little noisy. And more storage please - for 3 people one small rail and a shelf just wasn’t enough.

Stylish contemporary hotel with very generous sized rooms just off Broadway. Although there is no staff on site, check in went smoothly and all queries via WhatsApp were answered extremely promptly. Loved the free coffee bar on our floor and access to laundry facilities was a bonus. Sun terrace was great - if only we had had the weather to enjoy it!

There was no front desk or anyone to contact if you had an issue or needed something. It was set up more like an ABNB not a hotel. The only coffee was decaf and the “lobby” if you call it that only had tea and decaf. We had to purchase pods to have coffee in The morning.

The room was perfect for our group of 4(two couples). Half a block from Broadway. There was major construction on 2nd and guys working on a room across the hall, but we weren't bothered by them whatsoever. The bed was perfect; not too firm or soft and the coffee bar in the elevator area came in clutch 👌 throughout the entire stay.

There is no front desk, and the way to communicate with the host is via phone or whatsapp. The door opening app worked well, but i prefer to have an actual key and not trust the phone. Since then, i must make sure that i always have battery in my phone and network connection. Otherwise, you can not enter the room.

Great apparment, big and stylish, all is new at the heart of Nashville downtown, 2 min walk from Broadway. There is free coffee all day, free washing machine and dryer, and everything is close.
