Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaIt poured rain my first day so I put some clothes in the dryer. It sounded like there was a shoe in there! Knocked like crazy!
Nice little spot on the park! Old and quirky but absolutely lovely. A short walk to bus to get into downtown, also near stop for trolley tours. And very near a small coffee shop and organic grocery store and wine shop.

United States of AmericaLong walk to downtown,, but a short ride by car. Found it very hard to communicate with owner/ property company as they didn't use text or email, but a special link, which didn't seem to respond either. Calling the phone number was hit or miss.
Right next to Forsyth Park. Kitchen was very well appointed.. Free shuttle to downtown about a block away and hop on hop off trolley tour stop nearby.

United States of AmericaMy friend got there first and it started raining. Unfortunately, the ceiling above the TV started leaking very badly and looked like it was spreading. Hopefully they are able to get this repaired properly and quickly. We let the property manager know right away and fortunately, they own another property connected to the outdoor area, so we were able to stay in that home for 1 night. Additionally, the shower door was titled some and should be tightened.
The property is in an amazing location. Close enough to walk to downtown but far away to make it private. The house is cute! Laid out in an interesting way but it works.

United States of AmericaWell, I was left outside for the better part of an hour because the 1st person I talked to about not being able to get in told me to use the realtor lock, and got upset with me because it didn't work and then told me he was sending someone...which he didn't. I called back after 40 minutes and spoke with another gentleman who was wonderful. I wasn't supposed to use the realtor lock, I was misinformed by the 1st man as well as my instructions. The 2nd gentleman told me the correct information and I was able to get in. Also, the TV set is ridiculously small... that could be better.
The little house was amazing and the location was perfect! I will definitely be back to that house! Everything I needed.

United States of AmericaI like the character of the house, although i think it's kinda haunted. But maybe because it's old. Anyway, I love that it's very clean and close to Forsyth Park, and actually, it's close to everything. i didn't even use my car while i was there

United States of AmericaStreet sweeper was scheduled for Thursday morning between 12am and 4am, the one night we were there. Sounded like a bunch of motorcycles racing right outside the door.
The house was beautiful and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. Central to plenty of stuff in the city.

loved the style of the flat and the location right in the center of the city. nice to have a separate living room to lounge and read in and a kitchen bar and outside patio. the owners set this place up perfectly for guests.

United States of AmericaCleaning staff could dust the wall hangings occasionally as not to have cobwebs hanging off them above the bed. Large window on the side definitely needs a blind/curtain to eliminate that wicked street light at night! Tough for the lighter sleeper....
The place was very quaint! A great place after a long day of traveling. Other than our not having access to our "own" shower in our rental it was absolutely wonderful! Side note, Chris was very nice and accommodating to that shower situation and greeted us with a phone call when we arrived! Will be back to Savannah soon:-)

United States of AmericaThe bathroom is extremely small and tight to move around. The parking is street parking and if you stay through the week you will have to move your vehicle frequently due to street sweeping. Also, if you leave during the day when you return there will be cars from people visiting the park all down the street. The owner told my wife there was parking in the rear but we could not find a spot with our number on it.
Great location and cool historical building, the cottage was decorated well and had great wifi and streaming options.

United States of AmericaBathroom is tiny, note the sink especially (if you look closely is it shown in the pics). Tall table and with backless bar stools only is only table. For people over 50 this is difficult, but we took it for the location and only for two nights, so it was perfect for this trip, but between the two we wouldn't book it for longer stays.
Location is great, nicely decorated, hosts were very responsive. Good Internet.

United States of AmericaBathroom was tiny. Sink was less than tiny. Faucets were switched with hot on the right and cold on the left. No bath mats. Door code stopped working after 1 day but the property manager, who was very responsive, got us a new code. Just a personal quirk but the TV was fully internet based with no live local or national news or programing. I just like live TV in the morning and live sports at night and this system was all after the fact pod cast type programing. Just not my thing. Biggest issue for me was the incorrect information on parking. My confirmation said free "private" parking. There was private parking but not for unit 101. I based my decision to stay here on the private parking and it was not available. That said, the street parking was never an availability issue and it was free.
House was pretty much as advertised. Kitchen was well equipped and clean. Bedroom was average. Mattress was pretty bad. Location was nice if you have a car. Pretty long walk to downtown if you don't.
