We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Loved the staff and the cleanliness of the property. Bed was comfortable and restaurant was great. Bathrooms were clean and well functioning.

United States of AmericaI love everything about this property, however, I would love it if someone could take the the luggage that’s on the cart up to the room for me so I don’t have to push it myself because I’m so small and 100 pounds. It’s hard for me to push now with that being said, had I ask someone to do it, they probably would have. I did not ask.
The staff was absolutely amazingly beautiful, and so friendly and nice! Anything I needed I received immediately with a smile upon their face. I absolutely love this hotel it’s my favorite!

We stayed for a girls weekend to attend a wedding. The restaurant and bar are both worth visiting and enjoying as a part of the stay.

The property was very nice and clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was a nice size and clean. We ate at the restaurant downstairs and the food was great but the service was slow do not go there if you don’t have time to sit for a while.

This area has become an absolute favorite for me and my family!!! The location is perfect and from the time you pull onto property you are met with the absolute best service and it continues until you leave. This is our second stay (IN A MONTH) and I can’t wait to return!!!

United States of AmericaThe only complaint I would have is the rooms need to be more resistant to outside noise. My husband and I have stayed at many 4-5 star hotels and at 106 Jefferson, more outside noise (hallways, elevator, outside traffic) is heard. For example, a fire truck was going down the street but in almost sounded like it was going down the hallway🙂. The walls are too thin.

United States of AmericaThe only issue was when checking in the front desk had me at a higher rate than what I confirmed on booking.com and I had to bring my phone down to the lobby and show them the rate for them to realize and change it. Then my friend and I said we wanted to split the cost but they still were only charging one of our cards. Again we had to go to front desk and physically give them our cards again and ask them to split it. Sounds like a training issue. All else was wonderful and even with this the staff was very nice, professional and open to making the changes - we just had to go and make sure they did it in person.
There didn’t appear to be the included breakfast but we had delicious coffee. The rooms were clean, beautiful and very new, loved the amenities… roof bar was lovely and fun. Overall extras great - I would highly recommend and stay again. Huntsville needed this hotel!!
