Wi-Fi didn’t work in our room

Room size and bed was very comfortable.

I have stayed in countless hotels in New York and this was the first time i have experienced no toiletries of any description and a single toilet roll. Not normally an issue but when you have flown and arrived by train then have to hunt for a store to buy a bar of soap it was a little disappointing. Not only this but there wasn't even a glass or cup of any kind let alone a bottle of water or drinks facilities.

Room had some issues: one nightstand was missing and there were small holes in the wall due to that and it wasn't fixed, carpet had some big sticky stains. In room description was written that the room has kitchenet and washing machine - didn't have any of these unfortunatelly. WIFI connectin horrible.

Staff was very friendly and helpfull, location was good. Bathroom was nice.

Dissatisfied in a number of areas. 1) No warn water. Had to shower in very cold water. 2) No phone servixe. Could not contact front desk for help. 3) No towels, soap etc. Found a cleaning lady myself and she was kind enough to bring some standard room supplies. 4) No tv remote control.

Mattress support was very soft. Not to my personal preference. Rooms felt a little dated could do with a renovation

Had a good view from the room and was good value for money. Shower pressure was good and there was lots of space in the room.

Rooms needed to have tea/coffee facilities or at least some normal mugs to use. Room was a little tired looking and in need of a freshen up and some minor repairs.

Location was brilliant. Beds were so comfortable. Staff were lovely and helpful. Hotel was clean. Room very big and spacious. We loved it.

At check-in, the receptionist did not even greet us or smile. She was definitely grumpy, not what you expect when you check in to a hotel. Lack of reasonable size towels, even after asking the receptionist for one. No body wash, one tiny soap that felt like it was terrible quality. Windows were closed with duct tape.

The window isolation was not the best, staying on the 4th floor we heard street noises all night. The windows need to be replaced, as they let the cold passthrough. The blinds and restroom towel rail also need to be fixed. AC made a lot of noise so we had to use the heater.

Good location, near Central Station and good restaurants around. The room was big and clean.

The hotel is very close to grand central if you’re planning to take the train around town easy walk to Empire State Building. It’s a little dingy because it’s old but that’s apart of the charm. the sheets were clean and the bed was comfy. Great view of the Chrysler tower from our corner room

No tea / coffee facilities in room. No kettle. Only an over priced vending machine in the Lobby with water priced at 4 dollars. Not good.

Excellent location in the heart of Manhattan. Easy to find. Really pleasant and helpful Reception staff. Super comfortable beds and big room. Fab shower. Very quiet. We had an excellent night's sleep.

Excellent location, staff all very friendly, room was very spacious, would recommend this place to anyone. They do need to update what you get in the room amenities though, it said there was a washing machine, i didn't expect one in the room, but to find out there was no laundry at all was disappointing especially when i had been travelling for a few weeks and needed to do some washing.

No bathroom amenities except for a small conditioner and super small soap bar big like a coin. When asked for a shower gel (it’s a 4* hotel!) they gave me 5 soap bars big like a coin which was super disappointing. Couldn’t put down the tents and windows cover so had to sleep with them open showing the light outside which was uncomfortable. Receptionist ok, but not exceptional as it should be given the hotel’s brand and 4*. It looks like a super cheap hotel but if you pay 250$ per night at least you expect a super treatment. Wouldn’t go back.

Location is great, 5 mins to the subway and to many landmarks so you can basically walk around NYC without any problems; everything is more or less 25/40 mins away. King size bed was super comfortable and also the shower super nice.
