You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaWasn't as clean as I would have liked it. Blood on some of the extra linens, floors needed to be cleaned better because there was food from previous guests. I didn't get a check-out list for checkout, so I had to reach out to Vacasa.Wish they would have sent one the night before to save me from contacting them.
Great location steps from the beach, close to town yet far enough away to be quiet. The deck was wonderful. You could hear the waves in the evening and sit on the deck and watch the waves while drinking your coffee. There was everything you could need in the kitchen, plenty of towels, board games, plenty of seating, and newer appliances. It had comfortable beds in both bedrooms and two futon mattresses in the loft. I would suggest bringing an air mattress, tho. The owners don't have a giant checkout list like other owners. Simple check out like take out garbage and turn on dishwasher. Overall, I will stay again and recommend it to others.

United States of Americathe vents in the living room are very dirty and also the ceiling beams. the smoke alarm in one of the bedrooms was laying on the kitchen counter with no battery. Another alarm kept beeping all the time. the loft area could use new furniture and not safe because of the light fixtures that did not have a shield over the bulbs and wiring.
Good location , nice deck, had a washer and dryer and plenty of spices. plenty of towels , bedding and everything you could want in a kitchen.

United States of AmericaIt is advertised that the house had satellite tv but the choices were extremely limited. About the same as you would get with an antenna. The futon beds upstairs were in poor condition and had small bugs.

United States of AmericaThis property is in a poor state of repair. The power went off for four hours on the first day because the owners had failed to pay their bill. The lock on the door was broken and was not fixed throughout our visit so one of us had to be at home constantly--this was especially problematic when there was no power in the Texas summer. I appreciate the rep telling us that it was a safe neighborhood and we could go out leaving the property unlocked. But I think that Vacasa, the owners and our own insurers would not have seen things this way had there been an intruder. The downstairs toilet is broken . At this point, the other small problems with the property start to be irritating. There are inadequate railings on the outdoor stairs and no safety gate for children or pets. The tap in the bathtub drips constantly. The lockbox needs oiling. The bathtub wasn't clean when we arrived. There was food in the cracks of the sofa (including nuts, discovered by our curious toddler) and plenty of crud under the beds (again, our kid was thrilled). The owners let family store stuff downstairs. It's not a big deal but it does mean you have seemingly random, though very friendly, people showing up without warning while you're there.
The location is great. The parking is good. The washer, dryer, and dishwasher functioned. The overhead fans were great. It's lovely to be able to bring dogs. I appreciated the Vacasa customer service rep's regular communication and partial refund given the problems with the property described below.
