Thought the rooms were very clean and nice until I was sleeping in a roach ran across my legs in the bed they need to fumigate

People were hanging around outside our room all night bbqing and partying. Very sketchy place from the looks outside but it wasn't too bad. Definitely not what I expected for over $200 a night, but I guess that's what you get in that area for that price.The smell in the room was horrible when we first got there. I had to go buy candles, a room deodorizer and some febreeze to cover the musty, mildew smell. Once I did that, it was bearable. No extra lock on the inside of the room besides the one with the key card.

It was a bed to sleep in when needed. They let me check in early due to my need of the room early.

Despite having staying in a King Suite the night before this room, this queen room on the first floor was way worse than expected given that experience. Cockroaches were all over the room and the bathroom so that was an immediate turn off and the room was extremely run down in general. The scene out front was people smoking drugs and generally pretty unwelcoming to anyone.

Very very little, especially as I stayed at this place before so I thought I knew what to expect.

It looks like a halfway house from outside. No lobby. They force you to check in thru a bullet proof window. They must deal with riff raff because tons of signs that would apply to criminals. First room stunk of cigs. Second was better. But next to a room that was smoking weed. It stunk outside their door. Luckily the rooms were solid enough that the smoke didn't float into my room. Sink had no plug. Toothpaste cap inside the drain. Shower was narrow. Pillows thin. Wifi worked but I won't be surprised if someone in the area hacked it. Side next to 41 must be noisy. Mostly empty when other hotels seemed to be at capacity. Odd looking furniture. I'll bet it wasn't purchased new. All in all, a mixed bag. Could be salvaged or demolished. Now in limbo.

It's a 50-50 prop. Room smelled ok. Some renovation. My side had view of water. Mostly quiet on that side. I usually criticize hotels for spending all their money on the exterior stuff. At least they allocated the money they did invest in the rooms. Even if furniture was likely bought at bankruptcy auctions/sales. Shower curtain was labeled as a major chain hotel. Good slat curtains.

The air condition made a lot of noise I had to turn it off. They should update the place . Need paint . little bugs walking on the floor when I turned the light on . should have a curtain on the window for making the room darker .

Easy checking , nice staff .was fine . the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Was fine for our one night stay . close to everything and good price compare with other place near by .

The surroundings of other ppl that hung around. Water pressure in the shower wasn’t good

Did not feel comfortable outside of my room. The surrounding ppl where sketchy. The ppl below my room was up all night cussing and yelling and slamming their door. The rooms their self where alright nothing fancy but for a two day stay it was fine.

They could've had an elevator. The night guy was slow and it was cold. The morning guy was mad that I was late checking out so he put me on the do not rent list.

you have pictures of a pool in your marketing pictures but you have no pool. I would not have stayed there if I knew you didn’t have a pool.

No breakfast. Phone in room didn’t work. Had to walk to a nighttime window outside the office to communicate. Guests right outside the rooms smoking which brought smoke inside my room from the a/c unit. Should have been farther away from the building . Shady people walking thru the parking lot day and especially at night.

Towels were changed out daily. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Convenient location .

Property is filled with mosquitos. On all doors, thousands of mosquitos attracted by floodlights. You could not enter any room without taking them in. Consequently, hundreds of mosquitos inside the room once you open the door. Health issue! I did not stay and left immediately. Still waiting on help from booking for refund.
