Doing your own sign in and pass registration, and the paper parking passes are not efficient. What happened to the rear view mirror hangers for parking?

We had an issue getting the oven to work. We made due with the electric grill on the balcony, but it would have been nice if it could have been usable. I tried to get assistance, but did not receive any. We were also unable to get signal on the TV in the living room and master bedroom, but we weren’t there to watch TV so that was ok too. Biggest dislike was the bed in the guest bedroom was extremely wobbly and noisy. Every time I turned over I though it was going to break. There definitely needs some screws tightened on it or something.

The beach and view were amazing. Pool and hot tub was very clean and large. Building staff was friendly and helpful. Nice condo for the price!

Cleaning lady knocked on our door at 8 am the morning we were to check out. Everyone was asleep, she started to come in and thankfully I stopped her at the door. She said she was just seeing if we were already gone. Checkout wasn’t until 10 am and I had not checked out yet

Had a poor interaction with your parking monitor. Need to be more specific about oversize parking requirements. Did not appreciate receiving a parking citation after paying 100 dollars to park two vehicles.

The elevators took forever. Most of the time there were lines waiting.

on some of the reviews it states their was a stained couch and it was already replaced. That was not true the couch is still there and very stained. the hotel room was not very clean upon arrival.

Apartment had been cleaned but seemed to have a bad smell. We bought plug in deodorizers. Needs to be updated, as there were scuffs all over the walls and some of the furniture is stained and/or scratched. One tv wasn’t always working and neither was ice maker.

The location is perfect! Pool and hot tub facilities were always clean and the staff is great! Very comfortable for family of seven.

The volume on the tv in the living room wasn’t working and we didn’t have sheets to fit the sofa bed. The sheets issue was resolved the next morning.

The view was awesome and the room was clean.

There are only 2 elevators in the building so the wait can be lengthy at times. Space is limited on the 2nd floor when using the rolling luggage carriers. You will have a difficult time maneuvering, especially if others are trying to get through at the same time. The master bed had damaged wooden supports underneath and was not level. The bunk beds were in rough shape and the mattresses were like rocks. The kids complained how much they hurt. We had bought some steaks and burgers to cook on the electric grill located on the balcony. Unfortunately it was broken (would not heat up) and we could not use it. The staff downstairs at the front desk said they would take of it but never did. Furniture was rough looking and outdated. The dishwasher top rack was broken on the left side slide as it was missing the slide stop, so when you pull it out the whole rack falls out. The master bedroom TV would have volume/sound some nights and others it would not work at all.

We liked the location as it is right on the beach and close to the local restaurants. Beach access was great. The room was clean on arrival and had sample soaps/shampoo/toilet paper/clean towels in the bathrooms. There was even a small dish liquid, paper towels, and a sponge in the kitchen. The parking garage is right across the street and connects to the building with a skybridge on the 3rd floor. We had a larger vehicle with a luggage rack on top and the ground floor of the garage has spaces for oversized vehicles which was a plus. There is a pool and hot tub on the ground floor. The staff was out every morning cleaning the pool and maintained it very well. The staff were always polite and greeted us as we walked by.

The handicap railing around the tub and toilet in the main bathroom, it is peeling. I notified the front desk staff, maintenance said it was fixed but it wasn't. It is metal and it is a cutting hazard, I nicked my finger on it.

This is my 2nd or 3rd staying and I like the location. Right on the beach and quick walk to Pier Park.

I want to put a report about Sterling Breeze in Panama City beach. Condo #604 the washer and dryer did not work, one of the showers in the bathroom was leaking water, the sofas were dirty and only 1 television worked

Condo 506 could use at least new living room furniture and a paint job. The propertie's elevators are to say the least unreliable! We were stuck in one of them....very scary!

The location and view of the ocean is amazing! The furniture was very worn, however, the bathrooms and bedrooms were clean. The dryer was broken during our stay also.

There was mold in one of the bathrooms. But I clean that up it has three bathrooms instead of two so that was nice the The grill on the patio did not work. Definitely need some new living room furniture.

The location was the best part. The place was Spacious.

I would have liked more information about the area including TV guide, local sights and restaurants. One of the grills did not work and the refrigerator made a lot of noise. We only had 2 rolls of towelette paper in each condo for 3 night stay.
