The wifi connection is really poor.

It’s a basic and inexpensive motel. The room was clean and comfortable.

Limited hot water for shower or bath. Bath tub couldn’t hold the water, hot water only ran for 10 minutes.

There was no staff on site. The hotel is shared with another business and they were cleaning out the building blocking all the parking. The WiFi didn’t work, tv was internet based and didn’t work either. Cable channels didn’t come in. I called to get fresh towels as we were out all day and the woman who answered said that housekeeping had gone home and would come tomorrow. I asked for the room to be freshened up and no one did that. We did get towels. The doors are keypad with a combination - our door pad didn’t work 100% of the time.

One of the bedside lamps didn’t work. The main concern is there was a noise that sounded like a dryer going from the time we arrived until the time we left. It made it difficult to relax and sleep.

The room was nice and clean. I also liked the location. The shower worked properly and the heater kept the room nice and warm.

Floor boards above me kept me up all night. I’m a light sleeper and I wished I was a heavier sleeper for this reason. I slept with ear plugs in and still struggled to stay asleep with all the noise above me.

For the price, I can't complain. I didn't have to check in, and getting in so late it was nice to be able to just go to bed without any confrontation. However, the cleaning product you guys use is so potent that it was hard to sleep. It gave me a really bad headache. Also, all of my clothes left smelling like it.

It was nice to not have to check into the front desk once I arrived. I just entered my key code and went to sleep.

Night time external & sign lighting was poor and I had some difficulty verifying this was the motel I reserved. Stairs down to rear of building (to ice machine) on right side are dangerous & a safety hazard! There is a sharp left step (90 CCW) at bottom with no railing to steady descent to prevent falling. There is no yellow or orange paint to indicate a final step before descending to pavement level. A final stair step could be created straight to the pvmt & the long railing extended to ensure guest safety. Some of the electrical receptacles in wall were loose and did not grip an inserted plug(s) securely. There was a gap around the entrance door which allowed light from outside & more road noise than necessary.

Contactless check in was beneficial to me, since my arrival was delayed.

Road noise from highway. I read other reviews saying it was bad but I didn't realize that this motel is right on highway 191. I'm not even exaggerating when I say it's less than 100 feet away from the highway. Beds were not very comfortable either.

Location was good for where I needed to go and wasn't busy.

It’s very strange. Hard to tell it’s the right place as they also have a management and a realty company in the same building. Arrived to a note on the door to call a number to check in so I never met anyone at the property. Just a strange scenario.

The decor is a bit tired and some of the bulbs were faulty. We didn't have hot water for two out of the three days of our stay. We were told to expect a refund of $20.00 for this inconvenience but are still waiting for this to be sent to us. Our email to Booking.com is return to us, so presumable this has not been delivered. Feels a bit unfair for something that wasn't our fault and something we believed would be sorted quickly and swiftly.

The two rooms were a generous size for the two of us and the kitchen facilities were welcome although the hotel doesn't provide breakfast. The bed and bathrooms were clean.

The room we were in was too close to Highway 91 and the door did not properly seal. You could actually see daylight through the door jam. We had to shove a bath towel in the door jam to deaden the road noise. I found the lack of a desk attendant to be inconvenient in several ways as well. The ice machine also did not work.

The room was surprisingly nice give the impression upon arriving. Once inside our room the environment was very pleasant and the room was clean and spacious.

It was VERY noisy. Right off the main/busy road and we could hear every car driving by. We could also hear the pipes every time someone used the water. It was extremely difficult to fall asleep. Additionally, the wifi was very weak.

There's no physical office. I had to a call a number posted on a piece of paper to get the door code to my room.

Super cheap. the place it self is no frills, but has every you need, shower, fridge, microwave. Probably best bang for your buck in Moab.

When I first got there, I was checking in, the worker give me the wrong room without looking at my reservation. I went to the room once she checked me in and the room was a king room that was dirty. The bed wasn’t fix. So I call back to the front and told her I requested a double queen not a king room and she finally looked at my reservation. Got to my room and the door wouldn’t lock.
