bed too hard; that's just my problem, though. Getting into the door code was iffy, but the host was convenient to the phone to get me inside. Toilet lid needed fixing, but I did that with "tools" available on site.

The property listed a kitchenette as an amenity and that unfortunately is untrue. There is a compact fridge and microwave with only sink is in the bathroom. Additionally, the comforter on the bed was quite thin, torn in places and had a burn hole as well as the bed sheets. The sheets themselves were too small for the bed so I often fought with keeping the corners on.

The property was quite comfortable and plenty of space for parking. Location was fantastic as it was by a store and close to the freeway.

THE REFRIGERATOR AND FREEZER SMELLED LIKE SOMETHING CURLED UP AND DIED!! It was rancid. I imagine it’s how Jeffrey Dahmer’s fridge smelled. You also can’t control the a/c or heat in your room so I was constantly either burning up hot or freezing because ppl kept touching the thermostat. The door was never locked by guests. The ceiling above the refrigerator leaked.

I was out in a room better than the one I originally booked! it was great 4 day stay before I left to return home. The room had a bathroom which was GREAT, a washer/dryer, large kitchen and ample parking.

Always clumsy getting access to "homes" like this, but it eventually works out. Not delighted with a shared bathroom, but that also works out all right, really. I'd suggest extending the parking pad slightly to allow three cars to parallel park, rather than having to park on the street Baltimore style.

A good value for what I needed -- inexpensive, clean, place to stay two overnights. Housekeeping was excellent. With a refrigerator & microwave outside the door, this made living easy for the couple days. Shower was accessible and very easy to work (thanks for the bottles of shampoo & body wash available for use!)

There was no refill of amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, etc. Very rude long term tenants very VERY RUDE and ignorant to other people staying in the house.

Ok, let’s talk about this property. Extremely clean, room was quaint and perfect for just me, ample storage space. I appreciate the fact that there’s a free washer and dryer! Neighborhood is safe, I love the sound of the cars on the street. Kitchenette is shared and I’m okay with that cuz I eat out,lol. I don’t mind the shared bathroom either. The price was a God send. I am literally living pay check to paycheck so this was a blessing. please don’t change the price! The owners give great instructions, parking was cool and most importantly, I had privacy. I absolutely loved it here. I felt at peace. I’ve already rebooked it for next week!!!
