Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaWe were not used to staying in a camper, so it was a little tricky figuring out how to turn on the hot water for example.
Convenient, clean, cheap option for a weekend where many traditional accomodations were sold out.

United States of AmericaMaster bed is a little sunken in. Makes it kind of difficult to get out of. But hey it’s an RV!
Great to just hang out and relax. Nicely located. Bbq is there to cook on. Good for our size family of five.

The trailer was very clean and in a good location for the sites we were interested in. The price was very competitive too.

United States of AmericaWi-Fi was kinda spotty; however, I do believe it would be difficult to provide Wi-Fi to a large RV Park like this,so I think they are doing the best they can with this
Trailer worked great for our needs, well stocked with linens and other necessary supplies. BBQ was an added bonus we made use of. Kimball was also available and took care of any questions or needs that came up. Steve, I think he works for the RV Park itself was always available and very helpful.

United States of AmericaToilet paper was almost gone and none in cupboards...had to send someone to resupply. No paper towels found...it would be helpful....not a deal breaker. Maybe be aware of these items stocked. The RV park itself was in rough shape. It was winter still basically so trees not in bloom. No ambiance really.
I loved the cleanliness of the trailer. Very well appointed and most all I needed was there! It had coffee!! Yay! The trailer was comfortable, in great shape....loved the outdoor furniture! Kimball who owns the trailer was nice and very helpful with his service. It was a fun adventure.

United States of AmericaLocation runs next to I-15 so quite a bit of traffic noise day and night, but expected. I was ok with it and slept well.
Spent six weeks here, with a few 3-day weekends in between. As a solo traveler, I couldn't ask for a better stay... perfect for me. Kitchen worked well, fully stocked. Cooking for self saved quite a bit of money and was, in general, more healthy. Cost blew away all hotels! Kimball, the owner, was awesome!!! Responded to all inquiries quickly; very personable. Has two tvs with cable and streaming options, got caught up on a lot of disney+ movies! Wifi was awesome, the node is located beside the camper. Other than traffic noise, below, it was a quiet stay, didnt have to worry with thin walls, other guests that slam doors or stomp around above you like a hotel.

United States of AmericaKimball was very helpful and accommodating and the camper itself was in great condition. It was an easy check-in and the RV park was in a good location so it wasn't a very far drive anywhere in the St. George area. I would definitely recommend!

United States of AmericaRight next to the freeway and very noisy! The bed was so high I could barely climb into it and I’m not short. Turned out they had thrown a thick memory foam on top of an old mattress and foam so it was super soft in the middle. The owner helped remove the old foam so it was much better but not great. Being that it’s a travel trailer, it needs regular attention as parts break or the septic fills. Very good response to all the issues though.
Great off season price! I loved being so close to my dad and having a kitchen to cook in. Great response from owner. I stayed in this camper for 9 nights in April.
