Sofa and dining benches were dirty. It should have more blankets specially on winter time.

It was ok. Clean and the owner was very helpful when a couple things were wrong with the unit. He was there in a few minutes and solve the issues. Great service

The campground was in a good location within easy access to virtually everything in St. George but not all residents in the campground seemed to be as concerned with the overall upkeep of their sites as did the owner of the Grey Wolf.

The camper was exceptionally clean and nicely equipped. The owner was very responsive to all of our questions in advance and was also readily available via text during our entire 4 night stay. I would highly recommend the Grey Wolf as a unique camping experience while visiting St. George!

There was construction for a couple of days nearby but that was not the fault of the property. The warm water took a long time to heat up but otherwise it was a great place to stay.

We had our own mini-space that was easy to come & go from at all hours. There was excellent air conditioning & heating available & the camper afforded us everything we needed to cook & eat at home.

The oven didn’t look like it was working properly. So we decided to use the stovetop.

The awning didn't work & the outside chairs were all busted up. Hey we managed but it would of been nice to have while having a outside BBQ with the family.

Owner was super friendly, had everything you need for a family vacation & great location. Propane grill worked great!

the surrounding area was very old and run down it needs allot of repair but the camper was brand new and beautiful we loved staying there plenty of room

they had larger bathroom on site I preferred that even though the camper was perfect I like a big bathroom

There were some electrical issues on arrival although the host did his best to resolve then as fast as possible with a temp solution then a permanent fix mid way through so this issues should not effect another traveller. There was also some issues with the water heater being tempermental although with larger showerer less than a 1 minute walk ahain this isn't a bother. Great value for money.

Nice place to stay and great value for money. The gent who is managing the place is extremely friendly and always tried his best to help out where he could. Location is good and with larger shower and toilet facilities at the part closeby this is a huge benefit. Would stay again if I was in the area.

The previous guests had smoked in the camper (which was not allowed in the facilities), and while the owners went to great lengths to remove the smoke smell, it was still slightly there upon entering after being away for a while. We were also given the wrong code at first to open the camper. The entrance to the park is in a different place than shows up on a map app, so that was a bit tricky finding our way in and out. Everything we needed - dishes, linens, etc. was provided, although a roll of paper towels would have been handy, and also a notice in the online info about where the dumpsters are located in relation to the camper.

Plenty of space in the camper for our needs. Staff was very responsive when we had needs come up and were very open in communication. Great location right next to the RV park entrance and separate restrooms. Plenty of advance notice for information about the park. Plenty of sleeping space and curiosity factors to fascinate our kids for a weekend. =)

When I arrived the heater for the trailer wasn’t working, there was a decorative fireplace that provided a small amount of heat, but it was cold. Manager didn’t respond until midnight? The next night, said I was asleep so they couldn’t fix it. It was fixed the next day, but broke that night. 3 nights in the forties, not taken care of, very bad experience.

It was a bit cramped for a larger/taller person. The mattresses left a bit to be desired. There was not extra pillows, bedding in drawers.
