Ironically thee lift "Beep" when it passed through the floors was really annoying. Otherwise an excellent stay and the staff were brilliant.

The Hotel Breakfast was a great experience, staff were excellent and friendly. The choices were well placed. The prices were very reasonable.

Not the hotel’s fault but unless you have valet parking you have to walk to the hotel from the parking garage next door. Not a terrible walk just inconvenient if you don’t have a suitcase on wheels, or a lot of luggage.

We visited this location on a whim. I got a reservation the day before, they let me check in early! We loved the steam room and would have gotten a massage at the spa had we reserved a spot sooner. The art is amazing and from pictures online it seems they change it out every so often to prevent the same things being shown! We purchased wine and were able to walk around the museum enjoying our drinks. I love that it’s not just a hotel, there’s other enjoyable things to do rather than sit in the room. Located in a perfect spot. Would highly recommend!

I got in at 11:00 P.M. and left the next morning around 8:30. So other than arriving, sleeping, and leaving. I didn't have time to really experience the facilities.

Very convenient location. We parked valet and never had to worry about parking. We took an Uber to dinner at Brendon’s catch, then an Uber from there to the Yum Center for the Pink concert, and walked back to the hotel after the concert. The hotel room was big, cozy, and clean. We got an online special for our room and it was a great deal!

Not the experience I was expecting of a 4-star hotel. In-room services didn't start until 9:00am and ended by 10pm. By 9am I think many guests have already started their day, especially during the work week, so starting breakfast at this late hour was inconvenient. And then on Saturday when I called at 9:45am, I was told the wait was 1.5 hours. I had to leave a note to remind the daily cleaning service to refill body soap, Kleenex, and coffee supplies. There was a small set of stairs to get to my room, which if they had told me at the front desk when checking in I would have asked for assistance with my luggage, which was very heavy. While there were plenty of outlets around the room, there were no outlets on the nightstand. I had to bring my suitcase to the other side of my bed so I could have my phone nearby while it charged rather than on the other side of the room by the dining table or side table.

The breakfast was a very good price for in room service. The valets were timely and extremely courteous and helpful. There were several light fixture and the had adjustable levels of illumination. I like a bright room and was able to achieve that. They had a filtered water station on each floor, which is very convenient and gave us refillable water bottles. The red penguins which were randomly moved around by staff provided an element of fun.

This is the second 21c we’ve stayed at and it doesn’t disappoint. Marvelous concept, expertly and meticulously executed. Taking old properties to preserve and rebuild is risky yet in both locations (Kansas City the other) they’ve created masterpieces. Above all they’re comfortable and quiet, even in downtown settings. Highest recommendation.

Room 432 bathroom door closes on its own. Light that hangs over table...maybe too low? Hit your head on it when you stand.

We loved the uniqueness, and the art exhibits! quirkiness, and general atmosphere. Bedroom was very comfortable, as was the bed! we will definitely be returning!
