Honestly I was expecting at least a bottle of water and a coffee sachet for the first day, I’ll call that basic hospitality, and that was missing.

Very practical for a couple, more than two people and gets crowded. Location was good, clean and cozy. Comfortable and convenient. There are few parkings around if a car is needed.

Bed was a bit difficult to get around in the tight space, but otherwise perfect. Located close to the cruise terminal, but the building is located in DT Miami so a bit rough outside….

Unfortunately, the pool and jacuzzi close at 7 pm. Both should really be open until around 8 pm or 9 pm.

I like the app for key use and the apt view was wonderful. The room was super clean and well-designed. Also the staff was so friendly.

I don't love how often we have to use our phone to get around the hotel, too many check points. Overall was a good stay, room was very clean, and good value but could have been better.

They forgot to provide soap in bathroom and to wash dishes and when I called to let them know, they said there was a problem with delivery. They was no manager on site to handle problems.

I didn't get any breakfast even though it was supposed to be provided. Nobody replied to me when I told them that the hairdryer wasn't working, so if you have a problem with anything it will be difficult to deal with them. It took me some time to get my key because there was just one person in the entrance of the building and she was busy trying to solve the key access for other person (you have to download an app to get the key), and it took a while. Prizes or the restaurante and drinks are too exaggerated. The pool of the building is shared with a low cost price hotel, so it is difficult to enjoy it.

The location was good, as I expected because after the week in this apartment I had to move to an hotel that was close by, so all good. Apartment had everything one needs to cook and it was comfortable. They provide enough stuff so you dont beed to buy anything, however the washing product for the washing machine is not really good so if you want to wash your clothes I would suggest you buying something else.

The digital keys (as a replacement for physical keys) weren't consistently reliable. On our first night our keys via the Mystay app wouldn't work at all and we had to ask security to let us in - the keys are required to enter the building, use the elevators, and enter the room. Staff were lovely and sought to have this fixed in person early the next day. Apart from the first night, the digital keys would take ages to work sometimes. I thought it might have just been our keys but other people in the building seemed to be having similar issues. The other thing to note is that there is no place to store luggage if you have a flight long after checkout time. I was very disappointed in communication with the host who totally ignored my questions asking for other options/ recommendations for luggage storage. I came across a previous email from the host sent weeks ago that briefly mentioned the app LuggageHero as an option with complimentary storage for guests at the apartment but there was no further information on how we could access that/the safety of this options which would be a huge concern. A good option here would be to have food in the lounge area where you could kill some time before flying and keep eyes on luggage at the same time.

The apartment was extremely clean and looked exactly like the photos. Front desk staff were lovely and willing to answer any questions we had. Location was conveniently located though the neighbourhood in some parts looked a bit rough

No pillow options and all pillows provided we're uncomfortable; despite it's top floor, a lot of noise nearby. I didn't sleep solidly in general

The host claimed to have cleaned the apartment, but there was glitter all over the sofa and on some specks bed sheets. Also found some stains on the bed sheets. They were probably clean but not spotless. The stove didn’t work despite the host giving me directions on how to use it. I tried everything and the stove still didn’t work. I had to return the bought food I had for cooking. Also, there’s no cleaning supplies provided. If you drop something on the floor you have to purchase cleaning supplies at CVS. There weren’t any type of disinfecting wipes or laundry supplies. I had to purchase my own Tide and fabric softener. The shower didn’t have a place to hold your body care bottles. I had to keep them on the floor which was annoying. The pool area wasn’t great. There’s a ceiling above the pool so there isn’t any direct sunlight coming in (you can’t tan). The area around the property isn’t the best. It’s not terrible but it wasn’t my favorite. The property is located across the street from a smoke shop (do with that what you will). Roku streaming stick didn’t have the Live TV feature working.

It’s a cute space, perfect for 1-2 people.

The insulation is disappointing. You can hear neighbours' loud music, discussions and traffic and loud aircons located outside even if you are on the 20th floor at nights. For these reasons, I had very poor quality sleep during my stay :-(

1. "Key" is on a smart phone given to you. Entity that gives key is not responsive to phone, so we ended up waiting over an hour in a lobby. 2. The supplies given (coffee, towels, TP) are enough for a couple days (we were there for a week). When asked we were told resupply would be an additional fee. We ended up replacing/refreshing towels and TP through the gym and buying other supplies. Unfortunately the closest place to buy resupply is listed above and not safe. 3. The apartment is not functional. The table takes up all the space, the bathroom is weirdly huge and a waste of space, and there is no complete bedroom just a TV to separate spaces. The bed area was so small that to fit the bed it touches the corner wall. Because of this, every night to get into bed you have to crawl over or swing your leg to get over. Shins were bruised and many toes stubbed. We ended up putting open suitcases (kids had no place to unpack) and dining chairs in the bathroom to make more room in the living area). 4. The appliances are new, which is normally nice. However we could not figure them out even after looking the appliances up on both the appliance site and YouTube. We really missed this because there was no microwave to reheat. 5. Everything is done from your smartphone. And it doesn't work well. We ended up standing in hallways just trying to get the elevator to work with our phones. Or trying to get to the gym area. Or trying to get to the bathroom, etc. 6. In pool area, there were no towels or people to get them from. Again, we used the gym towels. 7. We had just come from a similar apartment style set up and it did perform cleaning with no daily fee. We were there, 4 people, for 7 days and it was downright gross by the time we left.

If you walk out of the building to the left, it is pretty close to the water front. If you go right, you may get assaulted or mugged (gang hang out so always full of people) where we had two occurrences to our party happen.

The lack of space and parking to offload and load your luggage. Please consider complimentary parking across the road with porters or trolleys for the guest. The modern keyless access by using your phone as an access key is frustrating when your hands are full to try and dig for your phone to get an elevator or open your door to your room and the access door. It's a modern approach but needs some rethinking.

The location is close to the waterfront and shops. Units are modern, fitted with all the necessary items you need to make it feel like home. The unit is clean, has amazing views, and is super comfy. The pool and jacuzzi were a winner with the whole family. The hotel is very neat and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. It's a great hotel in an amazing city.
