Difficult to find parking space access, hotel parking fee is expensive

Even though the staff is VERY nice, management is very slow. We needed new soap in the room and it took them three days and three requests to have it brought to the room. Also when asking for a towel change. We were told since we were there for a lot of days that there would be some house cleaning on day number 7, but that never happened. The bathrooms need a full reno and the kitchen had some appliances broken (the dishwasher). It is very good for the fare and location, but a bit of an update would help.

The apartments need a full reno, especially the bathroom. We loved the location, to be able to use the gym and the little bar/terrace below, even though it would be great if they also had some food options.

The hotel parking is very expensive! As a hotel guest they charged me $82 for 48 hours of parking on a weekend when all the public parking lots near them charge about $17 for the entire weekend.

A beautiful place, clean, tidy, well equipped, the staff at the place are very helpful, courteous and ready to help in any way. Excellent location.

This is the only issue otherwise they would have had full marks for everything. The kitchen and all the appliances were VERY OLD to the point of the dishwasher not washing dishes properly. We would have been happy to wash dishes but no clothe/sponge or washing liquid was supplied. Also the cutlery etc catered for 4 people but the accommodation was for up to 6 so we had to share cutlery that we couldn’t wash up! Also there were no normal size spoons so we had to use teaspoons to eat cereal. I raised these issues with the owner and were given bathroom flannels for the kitchen and more teaspoons!

Wonderful size - looks just like a hotel but with addition of a kitchen so can self-cater. Staff on reception were so friendly and helpful. Loved that we could store luggage for free after check out until we needed to leave! Cheap laundry room available for use. Supermarket across the road and cafe next door. Bar downstairs. Close to all main sites. We walked everywhere. Also perfectly placed for Georgetown - fab for shopping. I would definitely stay again.

Unlike over our previous stay this time the hotel didn’t provide any coffee for their machine. When we asked they said something like, here we have the last four. The sofa bed is extremely uncomfortable. There were even less dishes and utensils then over our previous stay.

For a two-night stay in Washington it’s a perfect option for our family. The neighborhood feels safe and close to everything that is of interest to us. We found a street parking for our car. The hotel provides just very basic service, but it’s ok for a short stay and for a reasonable price in this location. We stayed for the second time and recommended the place to our friends who are coming in a few weeks.

The bathroom did not have an uptake fan. There was not a cork screw in the kitchen and getting one was an ordeal. I only got after it was not needed anymore

There is no Breakfast offered at the place. There was no room service during the stay and coffe pods were only filled up after I had requested them.

We really liked it. The complaints are minimal. There were a few ants in the kitchen. I wish the kitchen had salt and pepper. Cleaning fee seemed high.

Great location! Near entrance to Georgetown. Not too far from National Mall. Trader Joe’s and other shops nearby. Nice set up, with separate bedroom, sink in bathroom and sink with large counter in area between bathroom and bedroom, vanity mirror, sofa bed, kitchen! Comfortable bed. Dining area and living room. Friendly staff.

It is an older building, but clean and comfortable. Nicely furnished.

Comfortable rooms and kitchen. There were six of us in the suite, and we fit just fine. Loved the kitchen so that I could save money by bringing my own food. Wonderful, wonderful location.

Needs more lights and daily cleaning. Pre-check in process was a bit of a pain as I had to take a photo of my passport, which they then checked in-person when I arrived anyway so that was a waste of my time.
