The air didn’t work so it was hot at night and uncomfortable. Other than that it was great !

Pool was great but it’s not worth it if you don’t buy the heaters . It’s ice cold and we hardly wanted to get in it . Good location !

The houses lay out is very different, the front door is on the side and towards the back of the house. Also the house is very outdated. There is not much room for parking if you have a SUV or Truck. The neighbors barley left enough room to pull in the driveway.

The house was very clean. The patio and pool area is nice, clean and spacious.

Parking sucked. There was a hot tub but it wasn’t hot? Like what’s the point Dishwasher did not work and there was not any dish soap to be able to hand wash any dishes. The house was full of bugs. Full of ants, dead bugs, you can tell the houses are not very lived in because of this. Please leave more than 1 roll of toilet paper when there’s 6 adults in a house for 5 days. We used that crap up fast (fun intended) I’d also suggest putting more trash bags in the homes.

I didn't like the fact that the pool lights where never fixed so at night the kids couldn't swim and I definitely didn't like the fact that I requested to have the spa heated at the time of booking through email, and this site and no one ever responded so I spoke with someone on the phone and I honestly i felt like the person I was speaking to was just telling me lies, and that part I really just didn't like at all because I read very well so I followed all steps I needed to take via contract and this lady all of a sudden is telling me that in order to have the spa heated I would have to pay for 7 days of the heating when my stay is only 4 days. I informed her that if that's the case they need to put in the contract because my contract says that I need to let them no 3 days in advance in which I did 07/17/23 and the 1st night I got there I spoke with with the same woman and she told me that it would be the next day before they could heat up the spa and fix the light in which i was ok with because it was already late and yet when I reached out the next day she then told me the things I mentioned earlier in the complaint.

I did not like that the screen for the outdoor house around the pool had a big tear in it. There were lots of bugs coming in from it. We were also greeted by a dead cockroach sitting near the dining table.

The private pool was great, and the washer and dryer were essential.

Unable to adjust thermostat. Loud beeping noise in the master bathroom. Twin beds very uncomfortable. Would have been nice for each.bedroom to have TV.

Everything with the Villa was fine, furniture and appliances a little tired and not as clean as it should have been but perfect for our needs. The only real downside to this rental was the hidden costs. Nowhere on booking.com is it mentioned that a MANDATORY insurance policy is required BEFORE they will send you the details. This is after you’ve paid! The MANDATORY fee (let’s call it what it is) was an extra $98 for six days! It covers „damage“ up to $1000 only.. I’ve rented villas many times before and either leave a deposit or take out an insurance policy which in my experience is never more than $6 per day for a much higher coverage. Mandatory fees like this should be in the additional information section on booking.com like Resort fees are. Full disclosure is required before booking. This „mandatory insurance“ is a scam, pure and simple. If it wasn’t for this unexpected fee I would have certainly booked again for my next trip, but it leaves a bad taste in your mouth to be scammed.

The tack strips where carpet is laid in hall and kitchen are stabbing your feet if you forget they are there. The house seemed a little stuffy. I asked about heating pool.was told it wouldn't with Temps as low as they were. Both my uncles who work in Pools service area claimed that was false.

The pool house is spacious and has extra accommodation if needed. It's located in a undeveloped area but won't be for long.
