The appliances were old and most of them damaged, the pool needs renovation, the is a little hole right below the main slice I almost brear my toes, the bar my the pool was crazy expensive and the drinks were not prepared properly, and also the valet parking offered by the property is too much money daily plus tips every time I was going to use the car in the afternoon.not a bad location but I will prefer another hotel.

If you don’t book directly with Marriott they treat you like a nobody. I’m very disappointed. Everything is about $$$. $30 a night for valet. $35 a night if you want to use their amenities for beach etc. $15 a day for decent internet. I’ve stayed at other resorts and I’ll never return to this one. They wouldn’t even give me ice to fill for my small cooler, that carried water and fruit for my toddlers. You can’t call house keeping because it’s not part of the booking contract. No simple coffee for guest in the room? Nor detergent for clothes. Marriott directly will provide ALL those things. I couldn’t bring my own beach chairs and sit on the beach where I was staying because I didn’t do it directly with Marriott. It was ridiculous. Valet took over an hour to bring our vehicle for check out, my dad who’s handicap had to go down the stairs because the elevator was over 30 min to get down. 4 sets of 3 crappy nuggets and dried out sweets potato fries was $75. The alcoholic beverages were expensive and very bad. I don’t plan on coming to this resort again

Homeowner needs to replace the bed and living room sofa. Both were extremely uncomfortable and old.

The valet area needs more space, it’s very pokey and it was overpriced! Didn’t expect the additional costs without and option for parking. Also the front desk assistant could have been more helpful !

Beautiful property with a magical view enjoyed from the balcony. Service was excellent, amazing views, delicious breakfast and cocktails at the bar ! Valet parking might need a renovation because the space is very small! But we thoroughly enjoyed our stay ! Thank you

The hotel room 900 was terrible. It smelled terrible in the hallway entering and in the kitchen and generally unit itself. It was attempted to be resolved by staff but never fully resolved as I think it's simply a much overlooked need for deep deep cleaning. As we sat on the couches and chairs it became apparent it they were very dirty. I put a sheet down to sit on it. The kitchenware was questionably clean. There were old dirt smudges all around light switches etc. The extra bedding had blood stain. The regular bedding was torn and the bed and pillows felt very old. The toilet in one bathroom didn't work well. We were grateful to have an ocean view but the room took away some of the pleasantness of a mother daughter get away before her wedding. Ido hope they take this property off availability until it can get redeemed.

On checkin, the hospitality person was actually rude and seemed like he was doing me a favor by checking my wife and I in to this Marriott.

The beach is great on Singer Island. The attendant staff was poor. They were not available as was stated.

Valet is the only method for those with cars. Extremely slow and disorganized so it was an ordeal every time. Food was mediocre & no choices for a 4 star. Definitely didn’t have any fine dining which for these nightly rates, should have had at least one. Property is preparing for a renovation and there is already equipment out which are blocking some areas and view of the main dining room at their restaurant. Definitely not something I wanted to see on vacation nor did they mention this was already in place. This should be disclosed so potential guests are fully aware of what they will deal with. Also keep in mind that you must go through a rough area of town to get there. Our concern was if something happened like getting lost or needing gas, even any type of emergency, I didn’t feel safe enough to pull over especially w/kids. This is definitely not a place I care to go back to. This hotel most definitely does not fit a 4 star rating in my opinion. I normally stay at 5 star / 5 diamond and my 1st choice was fully committed through out the weekend due to a private booking which reserved the entire property but I will say. I have stayed at many 4 star properties and even though this is an ocean front, the food, condition of the resort and disorganization at the front area did not support what they categorize themselves in. I highly recommend any future guests to read all feedbacks from guests who recently stayed there, as this is more helpful than photos being edited to enhance the property to their convenience. For those where none of what I mentioned matters then this property might be a good fit. The drawback to that is, their pricing reflects a status I don’t believe they have so then again, if that doesn’t matter… it shouldn’t be a problem. The unit I stayed in was privately owned and I did have great communication with the owner.

I definitely had very little to add to my likes… Beach wasn’t bad. Clean and groomed sand. No seaweed and water was crystalline. Food was very mediocre and the actual dining room tables were very old & beat up. Definitely could have been replaced.

Great communication with the owner. Very roomie, great deck over looking pool, loved having two full bathrooms and two large bedrooms. An added perk was the washer and dryer available. A great family trip was had.

Our room, 4001. The mattress on the master bed was noticeably lumpy and extremely uncomfortable. We did not sleep well on it and every morning woke up with a backache. It also was not made up with a top sheet, which is not sanitary. The light fixture over the shower in the 2nd bath had dropped out of the ceiling leaving a gaping raw Sheetrock hole. The Shower Rod in that bathroom was hanging loose from the wall and the curtain was draped on the floor. A lamp on the desk in the living room didn’t work, I assume it needed a bulb change.

Nice restaurant, however service was very slow. Our table did not receive our dinner plates at the same time, some of us were an HOUR later than others.

A couple small things were broken in the room, but they sent a repair person when we pointed it out.

Had all the usual resort amenities. Restaurant on property and others only 0.7 miles away. Numerous bars on property. Beach is great….mostly sandy with an area of rocks right in the middle (not a big deal, just don’t swim or body surf near the rocks). Charged a resort fee and we could use lounge chairs, snorkel gear, boogie boards, paddle boards, had free Wi-Fi, etc. Really clean place. Great pools and water slide.
