The pool area was left with garbage and bottles certain people left behind! Some guests just had no respect for it

The elevator was out out entire stay was very disappointed lugging groceries and bags up stairs in cold weather and rain but that was the property's fault Key Card stopped working the 1st night of our stay whe we went for a walk in the beach lucky there was a security guard there to let us in.

Kyle was a an Excellent Host great view great cookbooks clean and cozy apartment it had everything we needed for a cold spring break. We enjoyed the complimentary coffee & popcorn great art on wall. Was so Quiet & really had a Wonderful sleep. The games came in handy due to the weather wifi was great to stream. We felt comfortable with security guards around watching property. Will book again in the future and recommend

Less noise from the AC fan. Also, the balcony flooring could use some repair. The flooring was a bit spongy in one area.

The condo location was great. Great covered parking available. Convenient to grocery store and restaurants. Great view of the beach from the condo balcony and living room area. Did not hear any outside noises from other quests. Host provided many comforts of home. Loved having TVs in both the bedroom and living area.

Owner being interactive and punctual with texts. It is all about the little things: luggage cart, coffee maker WITH coffee grounds, wash cloths AND hand towels, and video/visual entertainment.

Owner was glad to help in all aspects. Spoke to ther vacationers on site and none had the "extras" our owner provided.

Travel to downtown had to go through lots of construction activity related to new bridge but was manageable. Condo complex showing some age, but visible maintenance activity. Resort charges $15 fee for parking, exercise room and pool use whether you used the facilities or not.

Good proximity to north beach walking trail near water. Close to aquarium and Lexington. Relatively close to downtown. Easy access to Portland via causeway where there are lots of restaurants and retail. Quiet, very comfortable bed. No disturbance from workers doing maintenance and remodeling. Owner responded very quickly to any questions and provided helpful information on the area before we arrived. Nice bay view from room.

Nothing to complain about. Better than most hotels for the same price point.

Location, Location, Location. Clean, smelled great. All appliances worked and balcony had a great view. Older resort but under remodel. QUIET. Lexington, Texas Aquarium, History Museum all less than a mile from here. Beach less than 500 feet from elevator. *****Blackbeards Restaurant less than a mile, ****Joe's Crab Shack 4.2 miles. We will book with this owner again.

They are doing a remodel on the building and the resort next door so there was some noise. It will be over soon and leave the resorts in a more modern condition so it will be worth the minor inconvenience that it might cause to some people.

The location is great. It has nice view and everything you need for a fun stay. It is immaculately clean and nice decor. The owner was particularly nice and genuinely wanted to be sure we enjoyed our stay.

The only thing we didn't like was the shower. It felt like we were taking a shower with a sprinkler. Upgrade the shower, and the condo would be perfect. Another thing we did not like was that the resort had a bad smell of urine on outside of the condo. The elevator was out, so you had to walk up all 3 flights of stairs, which wasn't bad. But I feel for older people with a handicap that can not make it up the stairs. There were guys working on the elevator.

My husband and I loved the location. Bed was comfortable. Pool was nice and clean. Condo had everything you need. Host was very nice. He checked on us the whole time. Host offered early check in and late check out.

1st, when booked, we were not told that the place was on the 3rd floor and the elevator was broke until about 2 weeks before we arrived. When told about it we decided to keep the reservations because 3 flights of stairs doesn't seem so bad but When arrived in reality it was 6 flights of stairs not 3, the pictures are a little deceiving because they show a view of a pool that is at a totally different place. At the time of our stay, the pool was not up and running. There was construction going on that was out of control throughout the whole place. Last minute life stuff happened and we ended up having to alter our arrangements and split our family up at a hotel down the road so half stayed in the condo and the other at a hotel. When we asked the host if it was ok that we all came together at the condo at night for dinner he said it was ok with him. We actually spent most of our time in South Padre Island because of the issues at the condo, and the jellyfish were out of control, and the kids got stung a few times the first day at the beach. They were neat to see but not to swim with. The actual condo itself was just ok...VERY very outdated, but we basically just slept there. If you are athletic and in shape and love looking at and hearing construction going on and love getting stung by jellyfish, this is a good place to stay. The host sent multiple texts about making sure we followed the checkout process, to which we did, and also went ahead and swept and wiped everything down, which was not on the checkout list and he is now trying to say we owe him cleaning fees because we had more people in the condo than originally stated which was just for dinner a few of the nights and he said was OK. My gut was telling me to take pictures before we left, but unfortunately, I didn't. So, with everything else going on, it was NOT the relaxing time we had anticipated to have.

The location was really the only nice thing about it.
