Nice location! Quiet street and Close to Downtown Denver. You may need to rent a car to go around though. I appreciate friendly hosts, and clean and pleasant place they prepared for us. It made our stay even better and made our trip extra ordinary. Fast wifi, netflix and the washer and dryer are a plus! Thanks for the amazing experience!

Not as a complaint, but just to make sure travelers are aware; the apartment is located in the basement of a house, so you need to go down stairs to enter the apartment, and larger people (I'm 6'1) do have to mind their head at some parts of the apartment. This did not devaluate our experience or stay in any matter though!

We've felt very much at home at Willem and Diane's place. The apartment literally had everything you'd need, enough space to feel comfortable. It was clean and lovely decorated. Cable and streamed TV, fast wifi. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, yet a busstop to downtown Denver and different small stores and restaurants are but a 10 minutes walk away. Willem was very kind and helpful to us and couldn't have been a better host. Thank you!

It was exceptionally cold in Denver while we were there, and unfortunately the heaters didn’t seem up for the task - we were quite chilly!

What a gorgeous little place! Very homely, extremely well equipped, quiet. Willem and Diane are friendly welcoming hosts, and provided us with all the information we needed. We stayed during very hot weather, and the apartment remained cool. There are some nice restaurants, cafes, etc within easy walking distance. We would definitely stay again.

Wouldn't have changed a thing! They thought of everything, and anticipated all our needs :)

We loved everything about our stay!! We arrived a little after midnight, and were able to let ourselves in easily. Parking was never a problem, and the spot is in a nice neighborhood so we never had to worry about our car at all. The location is great, and we there's tons of stuff within walking distance, or a short drive. The space itself was so cozy and perfect -- it offers plenty of space, and all the amenities you could ask for. We were there for 5 nights, and we felt at home the whole time. Willem and Diane were excellent hosts, and we'd love to stay at their guest space again!

I have only good things to say about this property. Such a great little flat with access to a lovely garden with home grown vegetables. It was so nice to be invited to have some salad from the garden. The hosts were very kind, welcoming and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

A few suggestions: Need written instructions for the TV; suggestions for local restaurants, supermarkets, and public transport (I knew the area so I didn’t need these things); an electric kettle to boil water for coffee and tea (it’s a waste of energy to heat a kettle on the stove).

Very cozy, clean, and comfortable. I like the fact that the owners are environmentalists and take recycling seriously. I had a couple questions when I arrived and one of the owners came down to help me the next day. Lovely, quiet neighborhood, and very safe for parking a car on the street.

Beautiful apartment in a fabulous location, within easy walking distance to restaurants, bars, and shops for basic provisions. Quiet and attractive neighborhood. Spotlessly clean, with everything you could need provided. Friendly and helpful hosts. Great value for money. We rented a car, so I cannot comment on public transport.

Everything about this property was exception--just like being home. It is a recent remodeled basement apartment that has all expected provisions. The kitchen is very well equiped, a comfortable living area with streaming TV service, a nice bathroom, and a rather large bedroom with ample closet and dresser storage and a large desk. There is a washer, dryer, and dishwasher. Also a nice outside patio. Although the temperature in the city was in the 90s the apartment is amazingly cool. It is also convenient (3-5 minute walk) to several bus stops. Hosts are also quite hospitable!
