The bed in the first bedroom really should be replaced. There is a major dip in it and very uncomfortable. Also the front doorknob is very loose and we couldn’t use the key pad to unlock or lock the door. Used the keys from the lockbox.

We didn’t get breakfast, were we supposed to? The rooms were spacious and clean.

Bathroom could have been cleaner and new plug in bath needed. Window draughty in back bedroom. Front door felt little insecure.

Lots of space. Beds really comfy. Good living area and well supplied kitchen. Good WiFi and TV. Parking great out the front. Kroger supermarket really handy.

The bed in the first bedroom is very soft and concave inward so much so that one of us ended up sleeping on the sofa in the living area. We had issues with the AC but the owners were great and brought extra fans to help stay cool.

New mattresses on the beds would have made this a perfect stay. Both mattresses are pretty shot, but the mattress in the room attached to the living room is literally caving in, and on sort of an incline. No support made for some tough sleeps.

Great location, walking distance to downtown. The apartment is very, very spacious and it looks like there is new furniture in the living room which is super comfortable. The apartment was clean.

414B is upstairs with no elevator. You also have to watch the parking signs to know which side of the street is safe to park in due to road cleaning crews.

Great location. A couple of blocks from Forsyth park and a Kroger. This property would be great for two couples or a small family. Safe and free parking. There is a nice seating area outside. The property had everything we needed (refrigerator, microwave, washer and dryer etc.)We met the owner really nice and helpful. Quick note make sure when you type the address into GPS as E Waldburg because West is in a side of town you don’t want to stay in.

I can't really think of anything worth mentioning.

The apartment was very neat. I really like older places for the architecture and history and was pleased with the building. Everything was clean and taken care of. Location wasn't right in the historic tourist area so not so cramp and with plenty of parking 8n the street in front or in the rear.. Historic area is but only a short drive away and walking distance from Forsyth Park. Would definitely consider staying here again the next time we visit Savannah.

It would be nice to have some info flyers in the apartment for Savannah. I am handicap and extensive walking is a challenge. Day two we discovered that a free bus ride and quick ferry ride was available. We took advantage of this to quickly get to the main scenic area. If you can walk well, we suggest you walk the area. My sister and husband walked about 25000 steps the first day.

This location is exceptional for two couples or a family with children. Two full size bedrooms. We also saw an air mattress and I think a playpen. A highchair was available. A fully stocked kitchen. Dinning area and nice living room. Some family games were available. The bathroom was stocked nicely with all necessities. The location is convenient to the scenic area. We would stay again in a heart beat. Our toaster was bad. I sent an email. Within 5 minutes a new one was delivered. One additional problem was reported and fixed very quickly. For adults that wanted to read, plenty of interesting books were available. Nice place where one could easily spend a week.

The bedding on the red/blue bed was skimpy. Only one thin sheet covered the mattress and it kept popping off during the night. I literally had to get up out of bed to put the sheet back on in the middle of the night.

It was clean and updated, well stocked. I loved the softness of the bed in the room off the living room.

The only thing to be aware of is that this unit is up a pretty steep flight of stairs- easy for most but had my 86 year old mom, so just something to be aware of if it is an issue for you- we did fine as there is a great handrail.

Wonderful treelined neighborhood, blocks from Forsyth Park- and an easy 1.2 mile walk to the waterfront! Incredibly cute and roomy space with well equipped kitchen, and a dining table right by the front bay windows for great views. Front porch is welcoming and a great place to sit in the evenings.

Lots of stairs. Television had no network channels, so we couldn’t watch national news. Bathtub was a very high step-in and difficult for us to manage. Mattress in bedroom by living room was rather lumpy and not very comfortable.

We arrived 50 minutes early from a 4 hour rainy drive. I messaged to see if we could do early check and was told we had to wait. We sat on porch and waited until 4pm.

I wish the beds were better. The one in the back room was extremely firm, the front bedroom was softer but had a dip on one side from wear. As did the large sofa. But overall very clean, great little kitchen nicely stocked with the basics for cooking. I’d definitely stay here again. ( only I’d pack just a carry on size suitcase, those stairs are a workout with a big suitcase ) It is truly a beautiful restored apartment. Be sure to read the street parking signs ! it’s different on either side of the street ! 😊
