The wifi was slow and made it hard to work and jump on video calls, I ended up hotspotting. The front room there was also a bit of street noise so just bring ear plugs if you're a light sleeper. Despite this it was a great stay and really well set up and located, we will be back.

Spacious apartment, nice and clean, kitchen is great. Lovation close to Forsyth park and a supermarket, also walking distance to downtown.

The bedroom windows are not sound-proofed and they have A/C units installed in them, so they did not block out the noise from the busy side street (the cars drive past quite fast, so we heard them most of the night). The bath/shower could use some grab handles. My mum has problems with her balance, so she could not take a shower and had to resort to washing in the sink.

The apartment is in a great location, within walking distance to many POIs (if you're fit) or a short Uber drive away. We liked the fact that there is a private parking space at the back (essential in this area). The interior was quite charming, fitting for a brownstone. The bathroom and kitchen were modernized, and there was an extra toilet and sink. All in all, a nice place for a stayover

Only downside, misread the description. Thought there were 2 full baths and one was just a half. We made it work.

The location was perfect. Easy to find. Easy to get in. Loved the house and especially the back porch. It was clean and everything worked. Would definitely stay here again.

The master bedroom did not have closet space. You might consider adding a portable wardrobe. This is not a big deal, but a remote for the fan and light needed a battery.

TV wasn't really useful as to the fact that the streaming was poor.

Location was great. The apartment was accessible and cozy. The full size kitchen was very useful. Really enjoyed the private driveway and back porch.

We are two ladies in our seventies and the tub had no grab bar to help us enter and exit the tub. We could have also used a safety mat for the tub. It looked like the ceiling fan in the bathroom had not been cleaned in awhile but everything else was clean. Also, we didn't even know there was a lock on the gate going to the back door. No mention was made of it or the code in the pre-arrival emails. The email we received when we were preparing to check out gave us a code for the gate lock so we went outside to look and see if there was one there. The lock was broken and hanging down, so we never knew it was a lock because we never saw the key pad. The back door had a coded lock so we felt safe regardless. Minor problems at a great place!

We loved the historical charm of the apartment - the high ceilings, fireplaces, etc. It was clean and the beds and furniture were comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with necessities. We loved the outside porch, sitting area outside, and the parking space behind the building. Everything was as advertised. It was an easy and short driving distance to all Savannah had to offer. It was easy to find street parking ($1.00 per half hour) and very reasonably priced parking garages ($1.00 per hour). A beautiful neighborhood in an amazing historic district!

We had one child sleep on the couch in the sitting room. We could not find additional sheets for his bed.

We enjoyed the ability to walk to most of the sites in the city. It was also nice to sit on the side porch as this made it feel very private while being in the city. We liked being able to park our car off the street.

Just a few suggestions: Need to have an armoire or space for clothes to hang in bedroom with king-sized bed. Need to also have a new mattress in bedroom with full-size bed as mattress is sagging in middle. Also mattress covers for both beds would be ideal. The lock at the back gate needs fixing (This was reported upon our arrival) Otherwise, a very beautiful, well maintained apartment. The cleaning crew is excellent as the apartment was immaculate!!!. Thank you for a nice stay.
