the bed is a little bit not clean enough coz I feel itch after staying for two days...

the cleaners are so nice, and help a lot on dish cleaning. and the owner, he's nice, and always come to ask if there is anything we need.

I had no problem with it, but the window faces the street. I am not a light sleeper, but in case you are you might be better off with one of the other rooms.

Convenient, you have your own tv, and a comfortable night. The owner was very kind and helpful. I just needed a place to crash for one night. Bathroom and kitchen were also clean.

Towels were left wet in dryer. Washed them and dried them. Refrigerator need a box of baking soda maybe helps smell from foods left in it. But nothing major.

Office was courteous. Cleanliness was good. Price was within range. Location was close walk to either bus or train and great ride all the way to O’Hare.

The room had no window (major issue), no sound insulation and other guest were very very noisy (major issue). For check in I was sent an email with important information only little before my arrival and since I was travelling by plane from far with no internet in the US I could not receive on time

Staff held loud party for anniversary of work space below hostel and put people outside my room till past 11p. Graffiti artist sprayed paint outside my window and fumes went inside my room. Intolerable.

They upgraded me from hostel to private room and that was awesome. The bathroom was big with plenty of counter space, unlike most hostels. I was surprised they included towels also which was awesome.

Very little. The TV operating system was a little slow, but apart from that trivial thing, everything else surpassed expectation.

Excellent location, clean, and most importantly: the operator worked with me to resolve a small issue quickly and went above and beyond expectations! It’s rare to find this level of service and attention these days and the owners clearly are in the business of customer service and continuously perfecting. I was looking for a place to stay on a quick business trip and found this to be a perfect place for accommodation under 20 minutes from the airport.

- Very good localization, close to the subway station, restaurants, and supermarkets. - The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. - There was a very good contact with the hostel staff (they were helpful and fixed my problems in less than 1 minute). - The bathroom (located outside the room) was clean and equipped with soap and shampoo.

i really enjoy the fact that this is in downtown Chicago. the facility was nice and clean and the bed was very comfortable. has appliances you could use with discretion which i enjoy. i plan on coming back to stay in December and this will always be my choice. keep up the good work
