Dark, muted lighting in hallways. Didnt like platform bed and that it was " pushed " against the wall and there was only one way to get onto it. Room was quite small and no storage. Only instant coffee available in room - yuck!

Clean rooms and pleasant, friendly staff. Location was great - not too far from Times Square. I appreciated the power saving measures where lights are on while in room but once you remove your key card from slot lights go off. Shower was wonderful! Liked the complimentary bottled water in room. Very comfortable bed!

Only one elevator, so wait times could get a bit long with 14+ floors. Shower pressure wasn’t great, though adequate.

The lighting was dim and hard to see. The shower leaked water all over the bathroom floor. The bar was closed the entire time I stayed there.

Everything was perfect, except the bed. My husband and I woke up all three days with bites all over our bodies. Not sure why but we did. Something else that we didn't like either was at the front desk they greet us with warm welcome, but they never informed us where the restaurant was, we where only inform that we have two water at no cost and that if we need anything to call the front desk.

We stayed on the 3rd floor, in a room in the front of the building and you could hear everything going on outside. Would suggest sound proof glass.

I really liked how centrally located it was. It was smack in the middle of 45th Street so you could easily bustle down to Times Square and to many Broadway shows, or turn the other way to 6th Ave and hit a quieter spot. It was an easy three block walking distance to Bryant Park and the Library.

3am trash trucks on street moving dumpsters around. No Microwave. Room was dark. Wallpaper was peeling (just a little) over bed. Padded platform that bed was on was a little awkward to walk over, but good for storage beneath. It provided the only place to sit other than bed. Striped wall paper in hall was very …unique. I know staff said they would be remodeling the lobby soon. The closed pool and zebra lounge space not being used is a missed opportunity.

Convenience to what we had planned to visit. Large shower. Nice counter in room. Friendly staff. Artsy European vibe to work with tight room. Excited to see the future lobby remodel. Closet with easy access included tea kettle (no coffee pot), fridge, waters, and Nescafe. Outlets available around room. Parked a block away. Downloaded app and reserved early to get good rate.

The AC can get a bit loud. It didn’t bother me, I guess it was like white noise that helped me sleep. But I think it’s worth mentioning.

I love the location. It’s really just around the corner from Times Square. The front desk are very helpful and friendly. When I entered my room, it was very clean and I was welcomed with some sweets and a lovely note. That was a really pleasant surprise!

Just a block down from Times Square so well connected to two subway stations. Very small room but I expected that in Manhattan. Clean and served our needs. Our room was to the back and on the seventh floor so not noisy. We enjoyed our stay.

The check-in process was a bit of a nightmare. The staff was friendly, which helped, but it took 10-15 minutes to check in each guest. Our room wasn't ready at 3 (check-in time), but we only had to wait another 15 minutes until it was.

The location was perfect. Loved the room decor, and the beds were very comfortable. Rooms were very clean.
