It would help to have really clear instructions on how to enter the property on arrival. (i.e. Only use the numbered key pad and not to touch the lock on the door handle otherwise you will lock yourselves out as we did.) This was quickly rectified by contacting the helpful management company, but accidents do happen!

The property was exceptionally clean and tidy, The beds were all really comfortable and the property was well located to reach the beautiful local beach in Sarasota. It was also within easy reach of good shopping facilities.

I liked everything but the kitchen would be even better with a kettle and a toaster oven.

The house was very nicely decorated with 3 good sized bedrooms. It was very clean. It is perfect for a family. It's only 3 miles from Siesta Key Beach and close to shopping and other beautiful beaches.

The sink basins themselves splashed water out a little bit, the door password was 4 numbers of the same digit (which isn't great for OpSec, can be guessed) and the side door was unlocked, however that is of no concern to me, just the property owner, just would like to see the house remain secure while unmanned

The beds were god tier, the style was very nice and modern, the water got hot instantly and cold instantly, and the sink faucets were fancy, the house was beautiful and functional

The sinks in the bathroom are cool but they soak everything. I also really needed an oven but we made it work. Oh and we also ran out of toilet paper.

The property was clean. The decoration made it feel like home. I loved how the house was setup and the marble floors. The house had everything we needed during our stay even sand toys and beach towels. There was also big ice packs for the cooler in the freezer. The location is perfect if you’re visiting Siesta beach.

The initial check in before visit with bookings.com and didn't initially get the invitation email. Took over an hour with bookings.com to figure out checkin times and how to get in and how to get invitation. Also there is a ditch under driveway and it was a little scary backing out. Needed light there,

minor things: the dishwasher almost fell out of its slot when opening both racks to put dishes in it. it seems dangerous that it’s not anchored in. there could be more books to hang the bathroom towels. the pots for cooking were filthy and made it a deterrent to cook.

it was clean and comfortable and close to shopping and only 3 miles from the beach. it was nice to have a washing machine as well.

One of the neighbors had a rooster and we would hear it crowing in the morning, certainly nothing the host could have done, just be aware it may exist if you have light sleepers in your party. The house could use some extra bed pillows.

Overall very nice little home. The home was CLEAN! And we appreciated that. The kitchen was well equipped. There is no oven which is no problem for us as we don’t really cook when we are on vacation. Quick drive to the beach. Neighborhood is improving. Home is VERY clean.

Everything was great!

There was no breakfast because it was a house. But it was all great! Excellent location, cozy house and well divided spaces. We loved it and plan to return.
