room was pretty run down. holes in carpet. chair worn out. plaster on walls. wood chipped away. worst was bed. it was like laying on the floor. worst I’ve ever experienced.

the carpet was filthy. it didn’t show. it is was in good condition, but it had a strange feel. like. it had soap on it that wasn’t rinsed off. of course, that would attract and hold dirt. we used lysol wipes before bed and before putting on shoes in am. the TV must be turned on on the unit, then the remote works. there’s no breakfast not even coffee. there was a small coffee pot with sugar&stirrer in the room, but no coffee provided.

I booked a double bed room, got a king size bed. There was no chair in the room. The fridge had someone’s food in it. Management did bring up a chair, and cleaned out fridge. Husband found a tick on him. There appeared to be at least one dead tick on bathroom floor.

Dilapidated is most appropriate.

No breakfast offered nor expected. There was a warning posted in the lobby that if you locked yourself out of your room after 10:00, there would be no one on site who could/would be able to let you in until 7:00 the next morning. Major renovations are needed, but not obviously underway anywhere. Was very inexpensive and as clean as the condition of the room allowed it to be.

no second lock on the door and you could see out the door where you latch it like someone had broken in before. when we left to check out there was no one at the office just a note saying no one is here right now be back soon

was told I would have a handicapped room. There was none. No breakfast yet the ad said there was. Limited office hours. No ice machine. Had to ask office person for ice.

I didn't like the beds they said that they were queen queen size but they were only 3/4 and there was three of us and we had to get a air mattress for one of us to sleep on The beds were not big enough for two people other than that I guess it was okay I went and asked the manager if they had bigger beds and she argued with me that those were queen and if those were queen I don't know what Queens

Fresh towels each day. Clean the room each day. Make it easier to get ice. Fix up outside so it doesn't look so bad.

We did not eat breakfast there. Room was okish sort of clean. staff was very friendly. Did not clean room each day. Had to go to the front desk to get clean towels. Refrigerator was very dirty. Great location if you can overlook things.

dead bugs in the bed, moldy grout on tub, shower handle fell off, tv would not turn off, no phone it the room, door lock on outside looked like someone tried to Jimmy it open and would not lock from inside. this was supposed to be a handicap room and I had to climb into a tub to shower. if I had fallen I couldn’t even for help with no phone in the room.

Booking.com did not send the motel my reservation. Towels had holes in them, blanket had cigerette burns, towel bar in shower was loose, hair dryer fell off the wall.

Good Shower, friendly staff, helped us get a room when Booking.com did not send the motel my reservation. The motel had no rooms available but found us a room. Booking.com dropped the ball on my reservation but the motel found me room.
