Rooms wasn't ready at check in time. Too much chlorine in pool. Free breakfast was supposed to be included with room and there wasn't any at the time stated.

Receptionist was nice. Location was good. Hallways were clean. Room was stocked with linen and toiletries. Refrigerators were bigger than expected. Plenty of mirrors and lighting in room.

The quality of guests seemed low-class. Earlier in the day, there was a very loud and long altercation in the parking lot involving several guests and a security guard. At night the guests were still roaming the halls and using the pool and other facilities with their families, blaring their TVs, arguing, etc well past 11 pm

We were given a room on a very noisy floor. It was clear that no one had any intention of settling down for the night. They seemed to all be there together. When I requested a room change to a quieter part of the hotel, the staff accommodated our family.

The staff lying to us about the cops coming about a situation that happened at the pool with a huge party that was there that caused a big problem.

The location was close enough to Detroit to go back and forth but far enough away from the craziness of the city.

It’s a dump

This location had a murder that had happened upon arrival. It was a scene from ID murder show. Surrounded by medical examiner and police and a stretcher to carry a body. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone

The room was not really clean, the pool room smelled of chlorine really bad, not sure if that's safe... the elevator takes too long cuz it's only 1 so it takes awhile and it smelled bad in the hotel

The hotel room could’ve been more clean. Definitely needed more care, you can tell who ever cleaned the room was just lazy. A lot of random stains. There was a couple blood stains on the comforter, on the curtains, and mirrors. random hairs in the bed/bathroom when starting to settle in. The hot tub was absolutely disgusting, there was brown/orange stuff floating in the bubbles. Along with hair and other things that was just nasty. If I could’ve got my full amount I paid in booking here back, I would’ve left in a heart beat.

The bed was very comfortable, the breakfast was good even tho they were out of a lot of things. The staff was very nice.

The pool maintenance! The chlorine smell hit you as soon as you walked in the door. I really should've left from that alone. The pool was dirty! The water was disgusting. Foggy and the chlorine smell in that area was unbelievable! Definitely should look into that.

Location was very convenient. I was able to get food and items for my daughters bday celebration at the Walmart down the street.

Took 3 attempts to get a room due to doors not working. Finally got a dirty room that hadn’t been cleaned. Couldn’t use the pool due to a party going on even though rules didn’t allow for that. Breakfast was taken over by random non hotel guests

The bed could have been more comfortable. I been to this location several times but the first time in the room with a uncomfortable bed. Still got good sleep . One of my favorite hotels in Warren Michigan

It was something for everyone i enjoyed the breakfast every morning i visit very convenient hot ready plenty of options i enjoyed the hot tub it stayed clean my entire stay so thankful front desk was very welcoming and my room was comfy loved how i could log into my apps to watch my favorite shows

The mom came back and was banging on all our doors at 2am looking for their child (please tell me I’m not the only one who doesn’t think this is normal) the owner or manager was watching from the cameras but didn’t hear just saw. Why were they not kicked out or we refunded our money to leave. Then it happened again at 4am and they said they would tell them to leave, they didn’t. Shame on them for charging us when we wanted to leave. We asked for a new room but they said the hotel was full. I would never in my life rent from here again. I’m a business owner and the way we were treated I would have been ashamed to say I owned that business. Lack of empathy, and taking care of a customer who just needed to sleep.

Nothing, we had to call the cops twice on the room next door because they left their young children there while they went and drank and the baby was lost and someone took her to the front desk and they still didn’t call on them.

Hot tub was dirty I waited til before ck out to use the hot tub n they didn’t clean it at night. So it was closed when the opened it there was a line n no towels. I asked for towel n the maintenance man told me to take other people’s towels. No one brought towel so I had to walk throw the hole lobby n up to my room dripping wet. N my key wouldn’t work every time I left my room n had to go back down to get it fixed. After 4 times when need to shower to leave n dripping wet to get my key turned on. The lady says don’t have your key by your phone it mess up the keys.

When we entered the room, the smoke detector was beeping. We called the desk from our personal cell. There were no room phones. We got a jacuzzi suite, and the tub was not functioning properly. The jets were not all functioning. The lights around it were only working on one of four walls. You had to walk clear to the opposite side of the hotel to get ice. Also, the key card did not open the door they told us to use. We had to have new cards made the first time after walking around the building, and the new ones still didn't work. This was my wedding night, and honestly, my wife and i were not impressed at all!

The staff was amazing. That was the positive not of my stay...
