Little concerned about the facilities. Had nice, newer, good looking laminate wood flooring; but it was vey uneven. Not sure if that is a real concern or not. Toilet paper hanger was half pulled out of the wall. Washing dishes before check out, tried to actuate the nice kitchen sink faucet between stream/spray; guess it got stuck and the water shut off. Could not get it working so I had to bring water from the bathroom sink.

Great value for the money, especially when compared to some other "fancy" places down the street where our friends stayed. Two bedroom suite was HUGE. Probably the largest I've ever stayed in. Breakfast was included as a nice touch (admit though we didn't get to take advantage of it). Had full size fridge to keep our own stuff. Staff was very attentive to our extra towel and sheet needs upon check in.

spacious suite with a sea view! The kitchenette and dine-in bar was perfect for our family. We prefer to stay in places with separate living, eating, and sleeping arrangements, so this place was perfect. Loved the large deck with chairs to enjoy the sea view.

Having extra linens ready in the room vs having to ask for them. Especially knowing we were a party of 4 and would be using the fold out sofa. The pool could have been warmer.

quite spacious, quiet (when the neighbors in the room next door weren't on the shared porch), beautiful grounds. Water pressure for the shower was strong, once I figured out how to turn on the shower part.

The toilet door hinges were broken. very difficult to close or open. AC was also making quite a lot of noise. When someone pays $200+, it is expected that these would be taken care

The location is fantastic. On the main road (but no noise) and also on the shore of Atlantic. One must enjoy the beautiful Sunrise over Atlantic (of course, subject weather permitting). Islamorada is a great place to stay with lot of good Seafood restaurants. The facility on whole is quite reasonable; green and clean. Rooms were clean, beds and Linen are clean. Breakfast is more like On the Go but good variety of continental items. We liked it

Travelling with an infant and family the suite kitchen was not so up to date and appliances a little worn out. A few new remedies for some home cooking for the baby would help a lot. Otherwise good value place.

The elevator sounded awful. We took the stairs up and down we were on the 4 th floor. Heated pool was not even close to a comfortable temperature to swim in.

Didn’t eat the breakfast, view was fantastic. Parking was good. Shower was hot.

The coffee, cups, soaps and towels were refilled/replaced sporadically. We often had to ask at the desk. People partied on the facility often until 2 or 3 in the morning. It was quite noisy, making sleep difficult. The price charged for our stay is high for what we received.

It was a nice location. Our room had a great view of the ocean. The office staff was great. They were friendly and helpful.

Bathroom shower leaked water on the floor, door n side of shower looked rusted n need of replacement. Bed was squeaky n uncomfortable. There were roaches n or palm meadow bugs on head board n bathroom. We didn’t want to complain due to we were trying to stay positive for our vacation/husband birthday! We had a short stay we were trying to enjoy all of it!

The views and the first staff we encountered sorry the business card accident got washed so I couldn’t see the name. She did an excellent job of answering our questions and explaining everything!

The shower was woeful, no flow or pressure. Our side of buildings were a little dated and could do with a lick of paint. Bed main room needs replacing as any movement (rolling over) made loud squeezing noises. Price was a little expensive for what it was

The view from the sea view room was lovely. The room was comfortable and the front office staff were friendly and helpful. There were bikes, kayaks and paddle boards for use Complementary ice cream was nice.

I was expecting a beach but was just a jetty. Also pool was smaller than on photo.

Breakfast was great, grab and go. Gina the receptionist was great, so happy and fun on the front desk.

The breakfast was poor. Bread was stale, milk had turned, left hungry! The room was a bit tired, stains on sofa. Very bare inside, no cutlery, plates or anything to eat from.

The location was excellent, the pool was great and the sea view sunset was amazing. Loved having a drink in the evening with some music outside.

There is no handrail for the 6 steps leading up to the bedroom. The rug in the bedroom was curled up on one corner, which made a tripping hazard. The "free breakfast " was juice, coffee, boiled eggs, expired yogurt, granola bars, & cereal, just FYI. The pool is very small also. The handrail leading up stairs into unit needs to be secured.
