You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

They were remodeling. I saw two roaches in the bathroom so I didn’t want to leave my bags on the floor. Staff and front desk were very friendly and helpful with getting us a taxi. As of today there is still pending amount on my credit card statement does not show deposit put back on

The biggest issue was when staff entered our room at 9:30 am, DO NOT DISTURB SIGN on the door, with my husband still in bed asleep and NAKED. They did not knock and wait for permission to enter. And even once inside they didn't even wake him up, he woke up with people RUDELY moving stuff around as if he wasn't there! We will NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN! I STILL have NOT gotten back my deposit either. And I cleaned the room so they had not much to do! We are going to make a formal complaint against this hotel for what they did to my husband. I am so disgusted!

The pool area is very nice but it rained the entire time during my stay unfortunately. I would definitely recommend this location and I'm sure once the renovations are completed this will be a beautiful place to relax while in West Palm. I will definitely return for another stay.

I Specifically looked for that because I had enough money for my room only. It only said there was a hotel fee which was included in my total price.
