Room was exceptionally clean, organized and comfortable! Spacious room with ample room for everything we wanted. Stephany was amazing.....cordial, accommodating and able to provide great info to any questions we had about dining, entertainment and local attractions. She went the extra mile to insure that the hot tub was available, serviced and ready to use whenever we wanted during the stay. She is the consummate hostess!!

The room is upstairs, so plan to haul your things upstairs. It wasn't really a problem for us, but it could be for some.

The room was beautiful, clean, and very well equipped and had lots of extra special touches. The bed was really comfortable. The hot tub was wonderful after a long day, and Stephanie (the host) even had the propane firepit on, making the patio lovely. Stephanie is super nice and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!

It’s a beautiful suite. Coffee and tea in the room as well as ice and water in the fridge. The view from the room of the mountains was inspiring. Stephanie offered us use of her hot tub and told us about a nearby lake where we had a great walk. Very easy to get everywhere in Colorado Springs.

There is not one thing my wife and I didn't like.

Can I rate this stay greater than a "10"? This place is amazing, as is the host Stephanie. Everything was perfect: Big, comfortable bed; large, well appointed and stocked room; very quiet and peaceful neighborhood; easy access to all points in southern Colo Springs. Simply fantastic! We will book here again, no doubt.

The only comment is hat the in room air conditioner was very loud. I even wear earplugs and could still hear it. We just turned the air conditioner off.

The owner was lovely and helpful and the price was right. We will definitely stay there again. A very clean and comfortable room.

There was NOTHING we didnt like

This has to be the best place we have stayed here in the states. Stephanie had everything provided, ear plugs, binoculars, umbrellas, supermarket shopping bags. The list is endless. She was lovely to chat to. I had my first full nights sleep since arriving in the states two weeks ago, the bed was so comfortable. I would highly recommend anyone to stay at her beautuful home.

Be sure to remember "a Colorado" we regret that we went to the wrong b&b before we found this gem! You can't fake hospitality!

This is situated in a nice neighborhood with a mountain view. The host is a thoroughly hospitable soul. Huge bedroom with extras. There's also a nice big hot tub outside in a concealed area with fabulous flowers. A 10+ *** Warning: do not confuse this place with a b&b of a similar name. We made that mistake 😞

A Colorado room with a view was an absolutely pleasant stay! Stephanie was so caring and informed us of a better route to take due to snowy weather. She was also so responsive to my messages. The room was cozy and very clean. Would definitely recommend and staying here again when in Colorado Springs. There were many small details that Stephanie added that made our stay wonderful.
