You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

We had a brilliant stay at this property during our time in Kissimmee. We had clear instructions from the owners on how to enter the property and they were keen to ask how our stay was going, always prompt replies. The property was located at Windor at West Side, which was set in a nice gated community, had great leisure facilities and most importantly was a short drive from Disney (20mins). The property was clean and the beds comfortable, with plenty of towels throughout the house. The kitchen was kitted out with all the necessary crockery and kitchen accessories. I would recommend a stay here and would not hesitate booking again in the future.

United States of AmericaIf there was something I HAD to pick a bone with, the shower took a bit to heat. But even that could've been an isolated incident as it was only twice in my 4 days. There really were no problems other than a little rainy weather for a day.
Everything. The house was awesome, the rooms were perfect and it had everything we needed and then some. The community water park was great, the host responded quickly and was extremely gracious. The location made for easy travel to Orlando for activities. Will definitely try to go back to this particular house, and with this particular host.
