The dirty shower and the breakfast was not stocked well

The shower in 1 of my rooms was dirty. It had a used towel full of hair. The shower was never cleaned so my mother could not use it. When I notified the front desk I was told that there was no compensation that could be rendered and that the hotel manager would not be in until after I left but he would contact me. He never did.

Everything was excellent. There was nothing to dislike.

The location for the breakfast was fine. We could eat and head out for our day's activities. The selection available to create a breakfast was an excellent blend of hot and cold combinations. The scrambled eggs were particularly good as were the waffles. The fruit available was greatly appreciated.

The only complaint I had was about the breakfast. I am not sure what the process is for making the food but, some of the food for breakfast was over cooked and dried out which seemed to be sitting out for a little while.

I suppose because the property is newish, the trees around are still small so there’s not a lot of shade for the dogs to walk around in when we walk them. It wasn’t very good in the summer heat. Not the fault of the property, of course, but the construction was a hassle and the roundabouts were an inconvenience when planning to go in and out of the property. The roundabouts itself were not an issue but it being on the on/off ramp of the highway makes it harder to go to the restaurants. But it’s great that the restaurants do deliver. Regardless of all the above, this will be our new place to stop at on our trips to visit family in the south.

It was very clean, the staff were friendly. The hotel is dog friendly and close to restaurants that either you can go to or deliver.

Everything was good

I really liked this hotel. It’s very clean, looks like it was recently renovated. Breakfast had lots of choices. We booked a room with 1 queen bed and a sofa. Sofa was pretty comfortable. Kitchenette would be very helpful if we stayed for a long time but we did not use it since it was only 1 night stay.

I loved the variety in the breakfast, but quality was lacking. It's just kind of the nature of throwing things together in bulk then leaving it on heat to keep it warm. I'm not even mad though. Just constructive feedback.

the pullout bed had no bedding for it. the main bed only had a sheet and light blanket. our friends had a comforter on theirs. No hot tub in the pool area even though it said it had one on the booking.com page. but the worst was the breakfast. cold sausage, hash browns smelled like Sauerkraut and overall the food was terrible.

Rooms were a bit nicer than your usual quick stay hotel. Almost like a resort type of feel.
