There was only one chair in our private room & we were two people so there was no place for one of us to put luggage. There were not enough hangers. The shades were broken.

Loved the location, the budget price in comparison to other lodging in same location, and the repurposing of an old beautiful building for a cool hostel. I felt safe and the atmosphere was cozy.

Saturday night was very noisy with both traffic noise, and people attending the nearby drinking venues. But the other nights were fine.

Very clean and close to public transport. As a mature solo female traveller I booked a private room and felt comfortable and secure. Loved the bath!

You have to be comfortable sharing bathrooms with student aged persons The room itself was clean, freshly painted comfortable sized. Sink in the room clean towels comfortable bed all perfect!! Kitchenette nearby and helpful staff. Plus a diet nice coffee shop in the lobby and great pizza (with a hotel discount) next door. Will definitely stay there again!!!

The AC wasn't working. But they gave us good fans and it was ok

Unfortunately the elevator was broken at the time (assuming it was only temporary) however, the staff offered to carry our bags up the stairs for us

3 Things we would like to suggest which a. Keep the 3 floor elevator work every day, Otherwise, it would be a headache to customers. Even today Hostel provided an extra lady to help us move the several luggage down to Front Desk to check out. It is a dangerous and heavy duty for her we thought. b. The bed room floor has noise when we are walking. c. Bed could be Queen size for couple to sleep at least?

Front Desk provided extra customer service. 1. Mr. Chris was taking off the work. I saw him passed by and called him to get helping at back parking lots area. He stopped to help my husband to revere parking lot for 2 over night. He tried every way to sign up for us that passed two hours long. Mr. Gordon was so nice to help to solve everything problems, He with smile greeting, his first responded " sorry, sorry", then enthusiastic helped us to open and held the back door, help the luggage move to inside after midnight and second day opened and held the back door to let my husband and I move several luggage into our SUV Truck. 2. Kitchen is very cleaned and organized to provided dry foods, wet foods that needed to be in Refrigerator for labels to write our room # and departure date to stick on our foods. it provided every kind kitchen equipment to use to cook. 3. We chose bedroom withe restroom. It was remodeled and great function. 11 Avenue Hostel hired the great employees who have the patience, friendly characteristics to gave customers best impression service. My husband and I were really appreciated their great Customers Service. Next year we will come back to stay two nights again if Denver Art Museum could arrange for a 2 days classrooms for attending seminars. I also become your advertisers because Hostel contracted $10/24hours parking fee which it is best price around Denver downtown. I had recommended my classmates to come to check it next year. I booked the shared room for my wife who checked in straight from a 36hr flight. She arrived with about 50kg of luggage and the staff were kind enough to help her with it. What's even better is that even though the room was actually under renovation, the management decided to upgrade her room, so she was able to have her badly-needed rest.

The ac unit in my room was very loud and I wasn't sure how to adjust it - to be fair, I didn't ask as I only had a short stay before an early departure for the airport so perhaps they could have helped me. The place felt like it could do with some refurbishment perhaps. It was a shame the cafe was also closed when I arrived (at around 8pm) as I was hungry and could only get food from the vending machine.

The room was quite spacious and the bed was comfortable. It was easy to get an uber to the airport early in the morning. The staff helped me with change for the vending machine as I arrived after the cafe had closed. The staff were friendly.

Bunk beds were a little tough to manage for middle aged ladies. No ladder! Ended up sleeping on a mattress on the floor. 😬

quite noisy sometimes, bed width wasn't stated in the advertisement but the room was for 2 persons. Because I traveled with my friend, the bed was definetly too small for us to share.

Since the location is right in the city, it gets very loud at night with cars and street noises. The blinds did very little block out the sunlight. The bed sunk in a ton.
