Bed was a little too firm, not enough water pressure in shower. Shower wasn't hot enough.

Front desk staff went way above and beyond to make sure I was comfortably settled in. She even helped me carry my luggage up the stairs! Great complimentary toiletries in bathroom.

The place is very cheap and conveniently located. The room is ok, although a little noisy.

When I arrived I had to wait 15 minutes before someone showed up at the reception to let me in. I arrived exactly when I said I would and had been assured I could check in then. The cafes shut down at night and the options for local eating are limited.

Large room with fridge and microwave. Good transportation links. I enjoyed seeing the trams from my room, though I imagine some might be disturbed by the sound of them going by. Plenty of local cafes during the day. The receptionists were friendly and helpful.

We stayed on the third floor and right above us there was construction going on on the roof that didn't allow us to sleep very good and was very loud, they also make it hard to leave with all the debri on the floor. The parking lot is also a tight squeeze making it difficult to enter and leave.

For the price that we paid this place was great place to stay, really got a good deal here. The staff was friendly and nice and it's location was pretty good.

I could hear the trams rumbling by and the upstairs guest walking around. Normally I'm very sensitive to sound but while I could hear these things, they did not keep me from sleeping.

The hotel was an inexpensive, no-frills place near where I needed to be, and included parking.

Not much countertop in bathroom for my toiletries. Carpet hasn’t been vacuumed in I don’t know how long but didn’t really bother me.

Absolutely top location! Steps to food trucks and easy walking distance to waterfront bars. Starbucks across the road for morning coffee. Staff are lovely.

Great location and value and friendly staff but hard to get extra towels. free parking is great but hard to make clearance in garage and someone vandalized our cat during our stay. Night staff were rude to my son. But overall good place reasonable price

The bloody fulinger stains on the ceiling right above the bed were a huge turn-off, as I always bring a blacklight with me. The shower head was also like only 4.5 feet off the ground, so any normal person that's 5'3" to 6'1" will struggle to shower without getting on their knees.

I liked the desk in the room, was helpful for server work remotely. Has fridge and microwave. Pizza place right next door was also amazing and convenient for lunch. Air conditioner worked well, and should be left on during the summer.

Trash in the room was not emptied daily.

Excellent location. Very easy to get around. There are buses, street cars and Max tram cars right on the block to get you anywhere on the city. Staff were friendly and very helpful with activity recommendations. The restaurant next door has delicious pizza and various local beer options.

The one thing that could have been a bit more comfortable was the bedding. The blanket was a bit thin, and the pillow a bit hard for my preference. But, of course, everyone is different.

This is a nice, basic place in a very convenient location downtown, close to the waterfront, shops and restaurants, and public transport. My room provided everything necessary for a comfortable stay, all appliances worked well, and the staff was terrific. The tram went right by my window, which was a bit noisy, but it didn't affect me too much overall. I would happily stay here again on a future visit to Portland.
