You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Good location for Chapel Hill, walkable to food and entertainment downtown, very clean, room was just right for two adults and child on a pull out couch. Friendly staff and bartender.

United States of AmericaThe challenge we had was sleep (which is the primary reason we had the hotel). We could hear lots of noise in the hallway as doors open/ close and presumably teens ran the hall. But even more challenging was the air temperature in the room. Although, the temp was set low on the thermostat, the AC would stop running until manually lowered again. I tend to be very cold natured so when I complain about the temperature being too high, we know it’s an issue.
Location was great for UNC Orientation. Facilities were nice and clean.
