We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The car valets deserve a raise. They were especially hard working and pleasant. The location is ideal if you are going to anything at the Von Braun Center.

On the shower where the door moves/slides to open and close, was not clean, there was hair and debris on the track where the door slides. The drainage area in the shower was dirty and there was hair floating that came from around the drain. The bottom of the shower began to fill with water over the ankles of our feet because the drain was likely backed up and clogged from dirt, hair, debris from previous occupants.

I'll no longer be staying at a Marriott hotel when other options are available. And if Marriot is the only option, we will rethink our trip.
