Hotel in the heart of Downtown, close to the Crypto Arena. The staff was very nice. The accommodation was clean, spacious with a view of the city.

I want to start by saying that this is not the first AC Hotel I have visited . Have been in New Orleans and Miami. The front desk has attitude issues. I have regretted choosing the hotel i spoke to the front desk. Came earlier then the check in time (12pm) and was told that the rooms were still to be cleaned which I totally understand. Left and came back at 2:30pm and waited another 2h before I could get a room and the issue is not the wait it is the way they spoke to me and the whole time they were giving rooms with the same specs . All I want to say is that you lost a returning customer.

The Design and the location of the property can not be better. Loved it !!

The destination fee really isn’t in their control but needs explaining cos it’s surprising. You get charged $30, but then they tell you they will credit you $30 on food/drink. So you buy the $30 food/drink and get credited $30. In the end, you still pay $30. Just something to understand up front.

Facilities and room were excellent. The location is great, right next to the arena and convention center. Also next to other things like the bank and ups store, both of which I needed to use. Valet has unlimited in and out service. Gym is super. Well priced.

Everything was closed, no room service, no sleepers at the room, even when requested they didnt pay any attention to it. No mini bar, no restaurant was operating properly. Very poor breakfast. Not recommending staying here. No help with luggage as well, I had to to carry my luggage to my room, if I wanted to do everything by myself I would rent airbnb and not the hotel

King suite room booked wasn’t what we received. Gentlemen checking us in told us our room was in a block of rooms reserved. Manager William came out & told us there was “maintenance issues” with our room and it was “taken out of rotation” and he was UPGRADING us. OK, great!! Then after talking more with the manager we realized we were being DOWN GRADED!!! After confronting manager he then says well we are “upgrading you from a regular King room” well that’s not an upgrade from the KING SUITE that I reserved for a special surprise wknd. We were given money off of the room per night but it didn’t change the fact we were now staying in a Cracker Jack box room! Check your bills…Paid extra for breakfast then was charged for it. Dim lighting in rooms makes it hard for women to get ready, still had hair all over sink & bathroom floors. Area rug looked dirty. Not impressed! Won’t stay at AC again.

Incredible views & stunning & clean room. Was on the 27th floor & loved it. Had a wonderful stay & the staff were kind & accomodating. The rooftop bar & restaurant is a highlight.

As is typical, they gouge you for things like a $35 breakfast, or any other food/beverage service. And of course downtown LA is pretty rough around the edges, but that's not the hotel's fault.

This is a clean, updated, excellent hotel. The staff was helpful and kind and the room impeccable. Great views, great value. Definitely recommend.

Frankly, after a long trip, learning how to use the two elevators, initially was too much work and confusing. Also the very modern faucet in the bathroom sink was a learning experience. On the whole I prefer a bathroom separate from bedroom. But these are really details.

I loved the location of the breakfast. I loved that it could be paid by the hospitality tax. I forgot a wallet with several ID cards, a gift certificate, and the lost and found staff was incredibly nice about it. I would like to commend especially Flenicia. I talked with her a couple of times. She was very helpful.
