More variety on food. A simple pool menu that's separate would be nice. We stayed 4 days and didn't leave the property so the option on food started to dwindle

    The view was insane.

It can get noisy in the morning because of the room doors slamming or the balcony furniture next to your room or above being moved. We arrived Friday late afternoon and asked if we needed a reservation for dinner at the restaurant - were told no need. We came around 6pm and the place was packed, took the last high top. Drinks came in about 20 minutes, food in 2 hrs. Place seems understaffed, but the waiters kept their cool and were super friendly the whole evening, not sure how they manage. Once the food arrived - salmon dish and a wild mushroom risotto - we forgot about the wait because the quality was excellent. Ordered breakfast next day as room service - again food was great but .. completely cold. There is a little cafeteria on the way to the pools, good breakfast items, reasonably priced, but - Sunday early afternoon - not much left, so you have to go to the restaurant (where they also ran out of certain things). The jacuzzi is within the adult pool area and kids still occupy the jacuzzi.

Had a good weekend at the Adero. The property is beautiful and well maintained; room, common and outside areas are super clean, great views. Our room was a Mountain view facing the pool, grounds and mountains, so beautiful. I liked the design. Someone mentioned in their reviews that the room had no ceiling - well from what I understand, it was part of the design. I loved all the areas in and around the lobby, pool, where you can just hang out and relax. All staff we interacted with was super friendly. It's great to have an adult pool. There is a beautiful hike trail just up the road from the hotel with plenty of parking. All together a great stay in a beautiful environment.

This is my sixth trip at the adero hotel. It is outstandingly beautiful. I can’t get enough of the view, the swimming pools, from sunrise to sunset. I love the spacious rooms and bathrooms. The fitness space is also wonderful!

Some staff seemed not to care. I lost my cell phone there. Syste.s were down the entire time. Staff did what was easiest fir them, not guests.

The people Giana was awesome. Food manager was cool. JANE our server for my clients was first class.

Their systems were down the full time I was there and had to fill out manual paper credit card charges for everything. And they charge FOR EVERYTHING. Even water. And parking. Even SELF Parking is $25 a day. Valet is $25 a day. Food and drink prices are crazy expensive and the restaurant services were terrible. It took 40 minutes to get a taco. And a $58 room service fish was BLAND and overcooked. The food quality was not good at all.

    The resort was nice. However....

Some minor issues. The water station on our floor only worked occasionally and we had trouble getting ice, but we just went to a different floor to fill our water bottles since they have stations on every floor. The coffee shop onsite gave us ice. I had arranged for a charcuterie board to be delivered to our room upon arrival for a special occasion but it didn’t make it. I reminded the front desk again after we arrived but it still didn’t come. I mentioned it a third time to our waitress the next day at the pool and she made sure we received it and they didn’t charge us. Even with that hiccup, we really adored all the staff. The location has its pros and cons. First, it’s a beautiful setting but the resort is in a residential area and really far away from downtown. We had some trouble ordering Ubers from here but we were able to DoorDash from a few neighboring restaurants, none were within walking distance. Would definitely recommend you rent a car.

First, the staff. They were wonderful. We loved our bar tender, the dinner hostess, and the waitress who provided pool service. Rooms are nice and comfortable and the views out to the pool and surrounding mountains are stunning. Favorite drink: It’s a Dry Heat. Food here was good too. Made friends with the staff and fellow guests. Just a lovely place.

We asked multiple different times to please make the hot tub a bit warmer. For some reason, it really felt like a bath that had gotten cool like it was warm but definitely not hot. With the cold weather it just made it difficult because I really wanted to sit in the hot tub and feel hot, and some of the Jets actually felt cool. I arrived Thursday and mentioned it Friday, and then mentioned it again on Saturday, and even Saturday night it was still on the cool side. Sunday morning it did feel like they made it slightly warmer which was a lot better! Also, we paid extra for a Mountain View room but found out that the rooms facing east as well as west are considered Mountain View, and the ones that face out to the beautiful vista (west) were not available so we had ones that were facing a parking lot with a hill behind it. Just not quite what I had expected but I still loved my experience at this hotel. It would have been nice to specify that we didn’t want to look out on a parking lot but onto the beautiful rolling landscape.

Loved the location of the pool and hot tub! Loved the spa, the grounds, the rooms were comfortable, the shower was amazing, and they had things like hot tea and coffee for the room if you ask, as well as toothpaste, etc.

Beautiful location, great views, high end amenities, including a large gym and two heated pools overlooking the mountain view. The location is far from the city (30 mins) but close to many hiking trails. The spa was also nice for unwinding with a good massage.

Nothing, but prepare to drive if you want to sight see (it's out of the way but we loved that about it).

Amazing views. One of the best parts of the experience was how wonderful and friendly the staff were. They really made it an experience, every single one we interacted with. Rooms/beds were very comfortable and there didn't seem to be much sound transfer. We will definitely be back.
